Made a call to Ferrer's and had someone out the next day to look at my oven that was heating up very slowly. Luis came out, had a mask and shoe coverings on, was very polite and got right to work after explaining my issue. After about 5-10 mins he told me the problem was the starter, gave me a reasonable quote for the replacement and said he could do it as he had the part in his truck. Unfortunately during installation the part broke ( honest mistake ), but he explained what was going on and even quickly cleaned out my stove burners before saying he was going to track down the part. The next day Luis called, came back out, got the starter installed and showed me it was working as expected, and gave me some guidance on how to clean my burners. Price came out roughly the same as the quote. One thing to note is they only accept cash or check in person, but luckily I had one last check.
Great, prompt service! Very pleasant experience both over the phone and in person. Very respectful of Covid concerns. Will be calling them again if i need something in the future.

This is an amazing company. The ice maker for our side-by-side quit working. Ferrer's came out to test it and sure enough it had to be replaced. They ordered the new ice maker, then we waited. Six months! Ferrer's kept in touch and finally the new ice maker came in!!! Ferrer's immediately scheduled our installation and long story short...our freezer is making ice!
Luis was the installer. He was on time. Friendly. Efficient. Helpful.

This is the second time that I've called on Ferrer's Appliance and I continue to be impressed. Luis was the technician. This time, the spin cycle on our washer stopped working. He was able to quickly uncover the cause and we came to the conclusion that it may not be worth repairing due to its age of 8 years.

He continued to discuss which brand of washers he thought were most reliable and explained that we should consider moving to a front-load due to the way it's designed and wasn't prone to overloading; which caused our current problem.

The first time I used Ferrer's they didn't charge for the service call. I fully expected to pay this time, especially since we weren't making any repairs. He wouldn't take my money. I felt bad that I had called on this company twice and neither time they charged for their time. That's why I'm writing this review.

I highly recommend this company for they way they answer the phone, schedule their techs, the technology they use to confirm appointments and the quality of technicians that they hire.

I plan to always call Ferrer's first. Thanks!

My gas double oven had an issue with the timer flashing constantly due to a power surge. Tried all the normal reset things, but finally gave up and started my Yelp search. The first company said they could come out in 6 days. The 2nd company was on vacation (voicemail) and the 3rd had stopped taking new jobs and were going on vacation by week's end. Finally, I found Ferrer's Appliance. Ferrers could send a technician the next morning.

Through all the reviews, I kept reading about this incredible technician named "Luis". Believe the hype, Luis is the real deal. He was on time, respectful of our home, and very professional. Luis diagnosed the faulty part, and when I told him I was able to replace the part myself, he politely looked up the replacement part number without hassle. I would completely trust this company for any repair work that is beyond my personal DIY capabilities.

Daniel & Luis were great to work with! With my tight schedule, I needed someone to fix my dryer during weeknights or weekends and they were very accommodating! They were very professional and timely in their work.

Luis showed up on time, quickly did the repair (clogged drainage line in refridgerator) and the price was very fair. It is so nice to find someone who does quality service. Thank you, Luis!

Our range's oven failed on Thursday night, and wouldn't ignite. I contacted Ferrier's Appliances late Thursday and they had a time slot on Friday! Luis came to our house, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 45 minutes! He saved Christmas!! Thank you!!!

I was extremely impressed with the good hearted nature of Luis; and extremely professional. They responded within 10 minutes, and came out the next day. Luis spent about 10-15 minutes looking and taking apart my dryer. He diagnosed the problem and told me what the problem was. Their fee to come out to look is much cheaper than other places, and he was well knowledgeable to diagnose it correctly the first time. He was straight to the point, and very time efficient. I highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things about Ferrer's, but I'll just give a quick thought on their service.

My washer broke down, a Whirlpool Cabrio HE, and needed a very specific part to fix...very specific...a terminal connector for the drain pump wiring.
No one had the part in town, so I thought I'd try my luck calling Ferrer's.

Britney answered the call, expressed empathy & concern for my situation and told me that they may have parts to help though she wasn't sure what they had available. She then offered to get me in touch with Luis, one of their repairmen, to see if he could help.

Luis was PHENOMENAL. He was on a job, but called me regardless, to see if he could identify the part I needed. I described the part, and he asked me to text him a few images of what I needed. I obliged, and within a day (remember these guys are busy), Luis texted me that he found a part that would work and told me that I could pick it up whenever it was convenient.

Washer is fixed, and life is good. Thanks Britney and Luis for helping this novice in NOT spending a gimugo amount of money to fix a washer.

Luis was very knowledgeable and helpful in leading me to flat out replace our Samsung washer over repairing, even though that's money out of his pocket. Definitely a good experience all the way around and highly recommend for all your future appliance repair and service needs. Will be calling them again, hopefully not in the near future.

Ferrer's is by far the BEST company we have ever used for appliance service (or any other service, for that matter).

I contacted the company for a quote via Yelp on a Friday night, 2 hours after they closed. I would have been perfectly happy receiving a reply Saturday, but was astounded to receive a reply that same night, just minutes after I sent my request. Brittany was so helpful, so kind, and so professional. Every company needs a "Brtitany" working for them.

Luis showed up exactly at the first minute of the three-hour window I was given. Having worked with other companies over the years, I've come to expect delays or at least a visit at the *end* of the given window. Again, another pleasant surprise from Ferrer's. After diagnosing the problem quickly, he gave us an exact total price for the parts and labor. No surprises.

Two days later, Luis again showed up exactly on time, completed the work efficiently and even helped us adjust the refrigerator doors.

Ferrer's is a small family business that uses technology so well. Appointments are texted to you automatically. Real-time appointment status is texted to you. I don't understand why all companies can't do this. It's simple and it tells the customer "we care about you" and "your time is valuable."

For appliance repair, and possibly future purchases, Ferrer's is where we'll go.
