Great service and reliable. I greatly appreciated the technicians offered quick and effective repairing service. They helped on clean up and dump the broken parts without my request, as well as I can see they put the cleaningness in priority by wearing shoes covers before get in my house. Even though I hope not need another appliances repairing soon but definitely will ask their help again.

This is an amazing company. The ice maker for our side-by-side quit working. Ferrer's came out to test it and sure enough it had to be replaced. They ordered the new ice maker, then we waited. Six months! Ferrer's kept in touch and finally the new ice maker came in!!! Ferrer's immediately scheduled our installation and long story short...our freezer is making ice!
Luis was the installer. He was on time. Friendly. Efficient. Helpful.

Very happy with my washer and dryer service. First time in 10 year and it was about time. Louise was very nice, smart and took his time to clean them and explained to me some useful information about the appliances.

They answered on the second ring, and we're able come out the next day. Thankfully it was a quick fix. Polite, friendly and professional. 10/10 would call them again!

asked them about repair for my washing machine, described symptoms. They said it was probably bad bearings or motor shot. Either way, cost for repair was likely close to cost to replace so they said they'd not accept the repair job. They did NOT make a point of offering to replace - simply turned down the business. However I saw on their web site that they did sell new and refurbished appliances. Because of their honesty in the initial consultation, I asked if they had a new unit they could sell me. Price for new washer (better than my old one) plus delivery & installation was less than big-box store price. Nice, honest people & good service.

I've had Ferrer's Appliances come out to my properties a few times over the years to work on broken washers, dryers and refrigerators. Every time, without fail, they have shown up on time and been very professional with their services. As a local small business owner myself, I very much appreciate their honesty, skill and friendly manner. It's good to give local businesses all the support we can, if we lose these hometown quality providers, we'll only be left with corporate options that don't care.

Very fast and professional and thorough. The cost was very reasonable at $65 for the service charge and that was applied towards the repair.

Our LG washer was unbalanced and moved perilously closer to our dryer. We are elderly and did not want to move the washer. Louis from Ferrer came over less than a day after we called Ferrer. He moved the washer, checked to see it was level and gave us tips on the proper settings for items that are heavy. He patiently answered our questions an displayed exceptional knowledge about various appliances.

We plan to use Ferrer's appliances for future repairs and purchases.

Ferrers came out and straight up told us to call GE to fix a very delicate part in our dryer (door catch) . They didn't charge anything. Best advice we ever got . I had broken two of the catches myself trying to replace the old one. Exceptional service . On time and under budget . Very professional. Highly recommend them to call first
