I used Galaxy services multiple times for appliances and HVAC repairs. They usually available within a day or two. Once my dryer broke on Saturday and it was fixed by Galaxy technician in the afternoon, same day!

Ivan and his team were incredibly professional with the individual replacement of our dual fueled furnace and new installation of our electric heat pump system.

My entire HVAC system and original thermostats stopped working after I tried to unsuccessfully install a new google nest. Ratmir from Galaxy Services came over to help with the issue. He arrived on time, and immediately was able to figure out what went wrong. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what kind of HVAC system I had and how everything works. Even though in the end they didn't have the exact (rare) part that was needed to be replaced to properly fix it, he told me exactly how I can try to find it and different options I have to fix it (either by myself or with the company). For only the 65 dollars diagnostic fee I was charged in the end, this was awesome service and I learned a lot in the process. I also really appreciated that he made sure I am fully aware of all my options for fixing it and wasn't costing my wallet more than I am comfortable with. Definitely highly recommend Galaxy Services! Especially Ratmir!

Colin from Galaxy HVAC came in a couple days before Xmas to help diagnose an issue with our
furnace. He quickly described the issue and sourced a part for me. We are happy to say our heater is working again for the remainder of our Holiday time!

Galaxy HVAC has helped me with on two different occasions. The first was with my HVAC, and the second was with my washing machine. Both times I had the pleasure of getting help from Ratmir, as he quickly diagnosed the issues and worked diligently until the problems were resolved.

My HVAC issue last year required the unit's replacement. When we noticed my HVAC drain pipe was still leaking water, albeit at a much, much lower volume than before the unit was replaced, Galaxy HVAC had Ratmir come back to do a pipe flush, which did the trick, at no additional cost. How Ratmir and Galaxy HVAC took care of me demonstrated their dedication to their customers and commitment to their work.
