General Appliance Repair was great! Max responded with a quote and was very responsive and kind. He explained to me the process and saved an assessment trip by sending pictures and the model #. Price was exactly as quoted to fix my stovetop and look at the dishwasher. The scheduling was easy and Max was flexible, appointment was for 2 days later.

Pavel came on time as scheduled on a Saturday. He fixed the problem within 30 minutes and it works great so far. The repair comes with warranty so it gives me great peace of mind. After completing the stovetop repair, he assessed my dishwasher and made a recommendation to replace instead of repair. I really appreciate honest feedback like this. I will be using General Appliance Repairs for my future appliance issues!

This repair service did great by us. Responded quickly/same day to repair a heavily used clothes dryer in our very busy household.

Mansur T was my service technician and he was great! I had several questions which he was happy to answer. He showed me how to remove the freezer door and how to put it back. He was very helpful very professional and very knowledgeable.. I am thankful that he was the technician that came to my home as he did a really good job getting the new parts installed with no disruption to my meetings or my day in general.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling. Alex came and diagnosed that it's most likely the inverter control board but his warehouse didn't have it in stock and advised I could purchase my own and they'd come back to install it.
I ordered the part number he gave me but when it arrived, it clearly didn't fit. A few minutes on google and looking at the part number on the part to be replaced clearly didn't match and I was able to find it on my own.
Not the best, not the worst, but they should definitely know the part numbers if they're planning on replacing them.

Got an appointment within a day to assess our refrigerator's water filter dispenser, which stopped working properly. After the assessment, which confirmed the defect, Mansur suggested a few options for proceeding with the repair. We decided to replace the filter holder so once the part was ordered and had arrived, Mansur came back over for a second appointment to install it.

Overall, great experience and appreciate the speedy appointments. More importantly, we have a water dispenser that works again!
