I was referred by my sister to get my car serviced at Good Year, as she has been going here for the past 8 years. I bought my car last year, and so far, I've had an oil change, new rear tires installed, and new rear brakes done here. They usually have a lot of good deals and discounts running, so you know you're getting a great deal.

The mechanic, Angelo, who helps me with my services, is really nice and friendly. He always tells me what services he recommends for my car, which I really appreciate. I recommend coming here at 7:30 AM right when they open because they usually have a line before they open. It also helps to make an appointment beforehand. The front desk ladies are really nice as well.

I highly recommend Good Year to anyone who needs their car serviced.

Last Saturday, I went to this workshop and, seeing it empty, decided to try to get my car's oil changed, as it was overdue. I noticed they closed at 5 PM and, since it was 4 PM, I thought I might get lucky. A mechanic approached me, and I asked if it was possible to get the service done. He told me to ask the office manager. I went inside, and the response was that they would check with the mechanics. They came back and told me that everyone was busy. I thought that, being close to closing time, they might just want to finish cleaning up and organizing their tools, which I found understandable. I agreed to make an appointment for Monday at 1 PM.

On Monday, I arrived 20 minutes early. The manager asked me to take the car out to the street. There was no space in the parking lot, so I had to leave it on the corner, practically outside the workshop. I told the manager that I had an appointment in San Francisco at 3:30 PM and asked if she didn't think the car would be ready by 3 PM, we should reschedule. She assured me it would be ready before then.

I left confidently and returned two hours later. I found my car parked in the same spot where I had left it. I was unpleasantly surprised to find they hadn't even touched it. At that point, it was impossible for me to wait without missing my appointment in the city. I had no choice but to ask for my keys and leave, angry about the wasted time.

I wonder why they bother making appointments if they are not going to respect them and even more so if they are going to attend to those who don't have appointments first?

Best service outside of Costco that I've gotten so far. Lexi and her team are honest and trustworthy. I got a screw stuck in my tire and thought I needed a new one, but Lexi was on top of her game and said that it just needed a seal. 10/10 highly recommend!

I made an appointment for a Saturday at 9:30 AM . this was scheduled a week in advance. I had already paid for the tires hoping to make the process faster.

When I arrive Bryan helped me, he was really nice. They were really busy and he was trying his best to help me check in my car. I went to a nearby coffee shop because I was told it would only take 1 hour and a half. They call me an hour later that the tires weren't in and they had to pick them up at a warehouse in Oakland. Which is very frustrating because I thought ordering them ahead would save a lot of time, they told me it would be ready at 1:30PM. (This is cutting it close because I had to be somewhere at 2pm and MIND YOU I HAD ARRIVED AT 9:30)

I arrived then at 1:20 just in case I needed to fill out paperwork. The car was still in the same spot I left it in. This got me so frustrated because I purposely made an appointment and ordered them ahead of time so it wouldn't take more than 2 hrs.
She told me that the car was going to get serviced in 30 minutes and that it would take another hour to get done, ANOTHER HOUR.

This is very unprofessional and someone needs to check what's going on.

Even people that got there after me were done already.

I'm only coming back cause I already paid for it and it would be a hassle to get a refund, this is TERRIBLE service, never again.

I was going to this location for 7 years and have been a loyal customer since then. I've taken two of my vehicles for oil changes up until recently.

I came in to get an oil change per usual for my Nissan. It had been a couple months after my most recent oil change and I was driving my car on the freeway when suddenly it began to shake and the smell of gas/oil was coming out of my car.

I ended up getting my car towed by Triple A and the tow guy open my hood and found that the rubber piece that goes onto my cap for oil was NEVER PUT BACK ON and NEVER CLOSED!

This is totally unacceptable, but not surprising. I end up calling the office to speak to a manager and never hear back from them as the manager says to give her a call back later.

I HIGHLY suggest taking your vehicles elsewhere as this location is irresponsible and they simply don't care about their customers.

This review has been long overdue, but better late than never! I am super glad I took my vehicle to goodyear auto service. Their service is friendly, professional, and their pricing VERY competitive. Honestly, it is hard to find pricing as competitive as theirs anywhere!

I dropped my Toyota Corolla off on Monday and it was ready for pick up by Thursday (efficient). Dave and Marie Hamilton really took care of me and my vehicle. It went from faded/peeling paint to gloriously sexy black! I was also fascinated by and enjoyed listening to some of Dave's first-hand Vietnam war stories.
