I needed a storage solution on short notice, and she provided one at a very reasonable rate. Nice to see such great service still exists.

Been using this storage for like 6/7 years. Review is long overdue! The storage is secure and the grounds are always clean! The lady in the office is always helpful and professional! The best part is the price has not Changed throughout the years. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Have not had an issue or bad experience.

I don't usually post reviews, but I have to say that it doesn't get much better than The Harbor Bay Self Storage. I have referred everybody I know in need to this place.

The managers Patrcik and Charmaine are extremely helpful and knowlegable. They went out of their way to help me after hours in an emergency access need and I am extremely grateful. They also assisted in finding just the right storage space for me as well as a fantastic spot for my RV. I love that they give you so much space for turn arounds and back ins as well.

The grounds are always imacculate, my unit is always dry, I receive a smile and hello by name when on the property, security is fantastic and I have never had any problems.

They obviously always go the extra mile and that is worth every penny!

I'm not sure how much it costs to rent a spot from here, but our church has 4-5 spots for different trailers that we store here, and we've never had a problem. Easy access in and out, good security and good hours. I guess everything you would need from a storage area! One tip - as a trailer driver myself, drive carefully!

Trelia the manager is awesome. I was in a horrible spot needing a space for my vehicle on short notice driving from Alaska arriving on a holiday and she did not even think twice about doing everything she could to help me. Wonderful customer service.

Wow! I am not often impressed by customer service but Treila truly goes above and beyond. I feel so grateful that I found such a great spot for my RV close to home, in a beautiful area, and in an exceptionally clean and secure facility. Thank you for being AWESOME Treila!

I'm amazed people pay the same prices to have unsafe storage. This location is great - fully monitored. I've been storing things there on & off (10x10 to 10x25) since 2001. Never had any issues with storage unit damage (have been in 5 different units) or dampness, etc. Store clothing, antiques & all in there. The property managers are great and really know their clients - so I feel like my stuff if fully protected.
