Mini Safe Storage

The staff are very nice, the rooms serve their purpose. The building isn't temperature controlled. But given the price it' makes total sense.

It was the best experience I could hope for! I reserved a 10x10 unit the day before, get there with only 30-40 minutes to unload everything in my U-Haul and Amber who helped me was soo nice and accommodating! She explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions and gave me great advice. Thanks so much!
This place is such a steal and the reviews I read had nothing but great things to say about this particular one. So happy knowing I have my stuff in a safe and secure unit.

do not store your personal items at this storage location!!! recently cleared out my storage unit and come to find out all my parents records were stolen!!!!!

someone broke in and took them and i dont know how this could happen when you need access to get inside the gates. we had our storage unit over a few years paid alot of money over time & this is not acceptable when running a business poor managament and monitoring the facility should do better!!

The lock was broken into and replaced obviously by the people who run the place and WE WERE NEVER NOTIFIED THAT OUR STORAGE WAS BROKEN INTO!! THIS PLACE CANT BE TRUSTED

my dads records are not replaceable and thats a-lot of money stolen from us for no reason whatsoever no one should have had access to our storage unit to steal our personal items

mini safe storage is not safe and people break in to your storage unit!!!!! even the maintenance person that's on site told us face-to-face that there have been break-ins at the facility. do not trust this place!!!

I rarely post remarks - but this is an exception.
As a result of their continued competitive prices, I have been renting two spaces (for both auto & storage) at this facility for over 25 years. Their customer service, security, and cleanliness of this location are at its best - and the manager, 'Michelle' and the employees ensure this.

I really didn't want to give this place a one star but the customer service from office manager Cynthia was HORRIBLE! Not sure what her problem is. The first day of signing my agreement she was short and rude. Second day she was totally out of it and didn't barely speak when I asked questions. I cannot believe a person who work in customer service can be so mean, rude and unprofessional!

I canceled my rental agreement. I will not do business with a company who hires unprofessional and rude people to work for them. I took my business elsewhere!!! Cynthia change your attitude and stop being a miserable person! Life's too short!

They requested an insurance rider from us and lost it 3 times. We were there less than 3 months and they increased our rent (and they were already the most expensive storage location in the area. Their parking spots are at least 2 feet too narrow, compared to other locations and our spot was VERY difficult to get into and out of. Entrance and exit location is dangerous to use.

Ok.. since my last review.. I now have more information about paying your monthly storage payment on line. I found out that the technical issue with online payments was not the fault of MINI SAFE STORAGE.
Their was a major power outage in the area, as a result of accident that caused all of the local businesses to loose power.
The issue has been resolved and all of my late fees were revised.

Very satisfied with the office staff explaining everything and removing all late fees.

Great experience from start to end all thanks to Johnny T. He was very friendly explaining entire process, showing me around facility and the signing of contact. I truly recommend you go there and ask for him so you can experience the same thing I did.
He definitely needs to be commanded for being the super star of this place, we sure need more people like him around.

The guys at the front desk are awesome. Jonny, Tony and Obi are some super friendly dudes and happy to help answer any questions. The service here is OnPointe 5 stars.
