Steve came out within a day of the phone call and assessed what was wrong with my Whirlpool refrigerator in about 10 min. I usually try to Google and YouTube things to save some money but I couldn't figure out what was wrong so I called Steve. I can promise you it took me longer than 10 min to google and YouTube. This is why you call a pro, for their expertise. Sure they make it look easy and lighten your wallet but you're paying for all of that experience for him to do it in 10 min, plus they fix it! I could have saved a couple of hundred bucks trying to do it myself but knowing a pro handled it and I have a warranty I am okay with that. Super nice dude and was willing to come after hours to install the part for us. Worth every penny.

After our washing machine stopped working, we decided to have it repaired instead of buying new. With the outstanding reviews here for Hi-5, we gave them a try. Very responsive, very dependable, very professional, and made sure he kept me up to date with any other issues or problems with my washer. Pricing was very good and we couldn't be happier with the level of service we received.

Great experience the employee was on time called 15 minutes before arrival with all his tools ready to go it took him under an hour to test & repair my gas dryer & yes I would Absolutely use him again. Plus it was way cheaper to have it fixed than replacing the dryer.

The did a great job repairing the stove at our rental unit. The repair person was professional and timely. I especially like their text based payment system.

Did not have to wait long for a return phone call! Scheduled visit with technician within 48 hours, very reasonable period of time, reminder texts sent twice, a phone call from the technician telling me approximately arrival time. Technician was on time and within the proposed two hour window. Technician Steve was polite and interested while he had me describe the problem-the he got right to work! He even vacuumed the inside of the dryer. The broken parts were offered to me and the worn areas explained. Dryer works great now! I wish I could give 10 stars! We had a couple annoying little issues with our range/oven, so when the freezer portion of our refrigerator stop working, I reached out to Hi-5 Appliance Repair. Steve arrived within the scheduled window with great earlier communication including a day before text and a day of text saying he was arriving in 15 minutes.
He was able to repair each of our three range/oven issues and then diagnosed our freezer problem along with two options. We chose the option that bought us a little time to shop for a new fridge. Steve is very knowledgeable and a straight shooter regarding cost/benefit. He's in my contacts now.

Based on all the excellent reviews, I gave Steve a call. He explained his charges clearly. Appointment was set 2 weeks out. I asked to be placed on the wait list in case an opening comes up earlier. To my surprise, got a call today. Steve identified the issue right away. He has the replacement kit in his truck. Got it fix in one visit. He even gave me a senior discount. We know who to call for our future needs.
