Majeed was really helpful with our refrigerator repair. He was punctual, quick and efficient. He charged as little as possible (flat fee for the visit plus parts and tax). He even replaced an additional part known to cause problems in this model at no extra charge. He also advised me at no cost on a simple fix for a dishwasher that was having trouble cleaning the upper rack. I'd trust him with any appliance repair in a heartbeat.

Wow. I'd say Alex with Hi-Tech was the most impressive appliance repair person I've ever met. Courteous, personable, highly skilled, great knowledge of all things appliances. He fixed our dishwasher 30 minutes, was quick, taught me a lot and did a thorough job. Thanks Alex.

Now our dishwasher ended up breaking so we called them to come out and take a look. Two technicians came to evaluate the issue, and seemed extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They were really helpful in explaining what's wrong with it and possible next steps.

Here's a story - I was tired of the crappy home warranty services that would take 2 weeks to book something like repairing a broken hot water heater (this happened!). I decided to stop giving them my money, and next time something broke, just go to yelp and find someone.

Yesterday my dishwasher stopped draining. I called Hi-Tech and the next day Alex came out to take a look at it. Not only did he fix the clog, but also pointed out how the Official Miele Installers made some pretty boneheaded mistakes during the install and fixed those as well.

He showed up on time, was quick and courteous, cleaned up when he was done, and all is well in my kitchen again. Also, the price was right.

I will be using Hi-Tech Appliance Repair for all future appliance issues.

Hi-Tech's technician predicted the problem with my dishwasher even before touching it, and explained and fixed it in no time at all. He then proceeded to do a thorough inspection with tests for any other potential problems, pronounced it safe, and charged a very reasonable price.

Majeed is WONDERFUL! I am so happy to have found him. He came today and fixed a part on the dishwasher at $100 less than his original quote. He also fixed a few other things around the house and didn't even charge anything additional even though it took about 30 minutes. My Bosch dishwasher was making a funny noise and not getting my dishes as clean as it used to. Victor diagnosed my problem, verified that he had the replacement parts in stock and then got my dishwasher working just like new. Majeed diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher over the phone and saved us the cost of a service visit. Then he got us a discount on a new one and did a difficult installation and took the old one away. It was fortuitous he did, because it turned out the old one was leaking into the floor.

All the day after we called him. Great service, and such a nice guy. He gave us lots of tips on how to keep the new dishwasher running well. Awesome.

Outstanding service. Yelp reviewers were spot on. We had a problem with our dishwasher. With an infant, it was something we needed fixed right away. Sure enough, I called last night, exchanged some texts and by noon the next day someone came over and fixed the problem (a new pump). He also gave us good maintenance tips to extend the life of the machine. Highly recommend them for your appliance needs.

I called Majeed about my leaking KitchenAid dishwasher. I needed a 2nd opinion because another company said I should replace the motor. Over the phone, Majeed diagnosed the problem and told me that he could replace the motor as well, but he would not warrantee the repair because KitchenAid dishwashers are known to have this design defect and I would have the same problem again in a few months. He could have come out, looked at my dishwasher, and charged me. But he didn't charge me and just made the diagnosis over the phone. I appreciated that very much, and as a result, will call him in the future for other appliance needs!

Can't recommend highly enough. Majeed and Flora are both incredibly kind and professional. Our dishwasher wasn't draining properly over the weekend and Flora was very communicative and helpful while trying to schedule. Ultimately, they weren't able to come until Monday but the clear communication took the guesswork out of things, which I really appreciated. Once Majeed arrived, he diagnosed and fixed the problem right away and was in and out in under twenty minutes!! I didn't notice until he left, but he even loaded one of the full dish racks back into the unit for me, which we'd removed over the weekend and set on the floor to look inside the machine. Such nice people.
