Scheduling was easy and polite. I was sent a confirmation text and email the day before the appointment.

The technicians - Oleg and Sam were on time, courteous, tidy, and knowledgeable. Thankfully they had the needed part and fixed my washer promptly. I'd say the appointment from diagnostics to repair was under 30 minutes.

Viktor was in and out of here in 20 minutes and fixed my dishwasher. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and was very polite and neat. Hi Tech is a great firm and i highly recommend using them.

We had a service call. They diagnosed the issue and gave us a quote to repair. They also charge for the service call and apply the fee to the repair. Our contractor stopped by and diagnosed the issue and it was a simple fix, no parts needed. Hi-Techs service person misdiagnosed our issue so we canceled the repair. They didn't charge us for the initial visit.

Extremely pleased with the service I just received from Hi-Tech! My dryer conked out (no heat). Viktor arrived exactly on time, diagnosed the situation promptly, and explained everything to me very clearly. I was expecting that the heating element would need to be replaced. Nope! Viktor determined that it was just a cheap little thermostat - nice to be pleasantly surprised with any household repairs... Viktor fixed everything efficiently, and also cleaned up / vacuumed the dryer area as well. 110% satisfied - if you need a repair, call Hi-Tech up!

Wow. I'd say Alex with Hi-Tech was the most impressive appliance repair person I've ever met. Courteous, personable, highly skilled, great knowledge of all things appliances. He fixed our dishwasher 30 minutes, was quick, taught me a lot and did a thorough job. Thanks Alex.

Now our dishwasher ended up breaking so we called them to come out and take a look. Two technicians came to evaluate the issue, and seemed extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They were really helpful in explaining what's wrong with it and possible next steps.

Friendly and professional. Easy to schedule a time to look at my washing machine. On site, was able to diagnose the problem within 3 minutes. Explained that I'd be better off buying a new machine due to the extensive internal damage. And, since that was the outcome, kindly waived the dispatch fee (also made sense since they're right down the street!).

On time, fixed the inevitable glitch and cleaned up. Really good people and I hope I don't need them in the future, but if I do, they will be my first call.

Hi-Tech Appliance Repair was the third company I reached out to for help with my Thermador oven. They were the only ones who were able to fix it. They did so quickly - came quick, had the parts. I will only call them now for my appliance needs.
