Jeb's Appliance

Kyle and Robin are great to work with. I had used appliances to move out of storage, and they were flexible on the scheduling. Unfortunately, my appliances were so old they can't be used, but the cost to remove them was VERY fair. It's good to know there are still honest family businesses.

The dishwasher in my rental unit stopped working and could not be repaired. I naturally figured Costco was perfect for finding a replacement. The existing dishwasher was 34" high so I ordered one that was 33.5" high. No problem, right? Wrong. The Costco delivery contractor said it wouldn't fit.

I ordered a second dishwasher that was even lower in height than my previous purchase. The Costco delivery person again said it wouldn't fit.

I turned to Kyle at Jeb's Appliance. He said a basic Whirlpool unit would work and that he was sure he could make it fit. I ordered the model he recommended (also 33.5" in height) from APD. He picked the unit up and voila! My old dishwasher was finally replaced! He said it was a tight fit but he managed to install it without damaging my tile floor or surrounding cabinet.

All I can say is tremendous credit to Kyle at Jeb's for the outstanding customer service. He did what Costco couldn't/wouldn't do. Thank you!

I wanted to be a customer and give them my money, but they were too honest. I'll have to settle for being a future customer. I texted Jeb's Appliance today (per guidance from their outgoing vmail message) and they were quick to respond. I told Kyle what the problem was with my gas stove top and was asked for a pic. I thought that was a strange request, but I thought maybe they wanted to better prepare for their visit. I sent the picture later on in the day after I got home from work. Again, a quick reply with instructions of how to remedy the issue. I follow said instructions and my the gas stove top was working again. So in the end, they were honest and help me solve my stove issue without wasting my time, their time and without charging me. I will surely call them from now on with any appliance needs. Thank you Jeb's Appliance. I look forward to being a future client.

I've used the services here twice and plan on keeping Jebs for my appliance repairs. Kyle , whom is the owner along with his mother are extremely honest and trustworthy. My dryer had stopped spinning, but everything else was working. So they knew immediately it was the band which was $18 bucks plus labor $80. I got an appointment for the next day and Kyle was on time and very efficient. He's a great guy and easy to talk to. He was professional and the job was done in about 20 minutes. I once had an issue with my dishwasher and they helped me fix it over the phone. It was just a simple "off and back on" of the power switch!!! No charge and completely fixed! Thank you

Kyle at Jeb's is the best! He is so knowledgeable and helpful. We've bought a refurbished washer from Jeb's several years ago (still going strong) and had Kyle repair a few appliances over the years. He always does great work and we learn so much about how to care for appliances and to get the best life out of them.

Answered my inquiry timely and kept me posted as to time he would arrive. I explained my problem and he was able to diagnose over the phone. He showed up with the correct part and he installed it quickly. Just a faulty igniter on my oven.
Kyle is friendly and very helpful. Before he left he also showed be how to clean out the trap on my washing machine.

Kyle is the BEST! We got a referral to have Kyle check out our Dryer. Texted him the problem. He responded w/ questions to get more details. We scheduled appt. He showed up, polite & big smile. Checkedout Dryer... concluded no problem. He made recommendations on care of Washer & Dryer. Much appreciated. Before leaving he checked out our Dishwasher ( not in use for quite awhile). One of the spray arms for our dishwasher kept popping out of its socket whenever we ran a wash cycle. The property management company reached out to Jeb's Appliance to help us with the issue. We worked with Kyle and we couldn't be happier. Not only did he fix the problem with our dishwasher, but he also taught me a lot of things about the other appliances in the kitchen. He definitely went above and beyond what was asked of him! If anything else ever goes wrong with any of our appliances I'm definitely going to ask for Kyle.

I was looking for over a year for someone to fix the burner on my stove and contacted Jeb's Appliance. This man spent at least 40 minutes texting how to do it myself. Kyle was wonderful! So efficient too! I was able to email him photos of my dryer, and sent a video of the squeaking/screeching. We set an appointment, he got the part ahead of time, and my dryer is now in good working order! 10 out of 10. He also gave us tips on how to lengthen the life of our other appliances.

We have used Jeb's twice, once back in 2015 when we thought we needed a new washing machine (Kyle took care of it at a reasonable cost and it is still running today in 2022). The second time was this August when the soap dispenser in our dishwasher stopped working. Kyle was able to get the part and install it, explaining everything as he worked.

Jeb's is our go to for all appliance repairs.
