My AC unit gave out as the heat wave is approaching and our best guess was that I needed a new capacitor. I tried ordering the part on Amazon but that online merchant kept sending me the product with the wrong specs so I needed something FAST and REASONABLY PRICED. This place is amazing!

Their friendly staff was able to give me advice regarding my current part, if they had anything on hand, AND that they can test my current part to see if I did in fact need to replace it. A quick visit to the store and they were able to determine the faulty part and provide the new one to purchase. One hour later and our home is nice and cool.

Highly recommend using them before forking over $$$'s of dollars and, let alone, service visits that might take weeks to get.

There is just no substitute for sales staff who have years and years of experience.
Ordering online you get cheap parts or non-matching parts and vague or missing instructions.
At Leo's you know you're getting it right.

I purchased door gaskets from Leo's for my Kitchen-Aid fridge. They gave me two installers to call who they recommended to do the repair. Both installers said that there was a 50/50 chance of damaging the door due to the gasket being molded to the inside foam. I decided to return the new gaskets.
I went to their shop on Saturday and was told they would call me Monday. I called them twice on Monday but no return calls. I then called on Tuesday and Leo was non-committal about taking the gaskets back and found another company to do the install. I took the gaskets back to his shop and told him what his installers had said and that I didn't want to take the chance of ruining the doors. Instead of believing me, he called one of the installers who confirmed what I said. He then tossed the installers card at me and reluctantly retuned my money with a 25% restock charge. The gaskets were in stock at the Sacramento wholesaler so it was not a special order. Finally got the 25% waived and paid $20 for restock. Terrible experience!!

Leo's always has the replacement parts that I'm looking for! So far they have helped me bring my dryer and dishwasher machines back to life!

Skip the online purchase of cheap knock parts that cost more and take longer to deliver!

Just order from Leo's and know you're getting the right parts that will last!

Have you ever experienced sieving for gemstones from sand and finding delight in seeing a good-looking gem? I had a similar happy moment when I found Leo's appliance store through a referral. It is a unique place to get appliance parts that are unavailable elsewhere. I was looking for contact sockets for a wall oven. The associate took the time to search it from the back. When found, they were the exact match. A bonus I received was helpful education on appliance repair. I think coming here accomplished supporting local merchants. Leo carries OEM parts also if that's what you are looking for.

I recommend this place for fast and friendly service! I sent photos by email and Jeff found the exact part I needed for my Whirlpool oven. I picked it up the second day! I come here whenever I need a part. They're a crucial part of my education in home maintenance! So much better than replacing the whole appliance!

Didn't have a basic part I needed in stock and had to order it. The employee that helped me was very slow and it was obvious he was making mistakes. I had to confirm many details with him repeatedly and point out to him that he was selecting the wrong part that I needed from his print out. Also, make sure to confirm everything before you leave the store. The employee, Leo, entered in the wrong address on my order. Good thing I insisted on checking with another employee before I left who confirmed Leo entered in a completely different street name than mine. Overall this store is below average, you're best off ordering parts online if you can. Check Sears Parts Direct and cut the middle man as that's where they order many of their parts from.
