Leo's Plumbing Repair

Leo and his crew did a fantastic job on a very, very complex plumbing repair. We live in an Eichler style home with old plumbing that went bad in the concrete foundation. The only option was to re-pipe the whole house. 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, multiple faucets outside, washer; it wasn't going to be easy.

However, Leo was so quick and responsive that this terrible plumbing situation became a blessing in disguise. Not only was his bid very resonable, but the time it would take them and the date they could do it by made the situation that much easier. Not to mention, a lot of other plumbers we talked to didn't even know how to do this repair.

Leo came by (after multiple times of me having to cancel due to being sick, and Leo didn't mind at all) and he knew exactly what needed to be done. His expertise made me very comfortable.

During the repairs, Leo and his crew identified and fixed more than what needed to be done. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything that was done looked brand new. They also did it in a very short amount of time. We love our new plumbing and have Leo and his crew to thank for it.

Even though I didn't get to actually meet Leo because my partner was the one that was in contact while I was working. Everything he told me sounded very professional, quick, clean, and respectful. Leo came to check out the issue and tried see if there is a simple fix to it so he doesn't have to break down any walls, after checking that it wasn't working he went to the source of the leak and opened up the wall and there was a big crack in the pipe. He assessed the situation and told us he could get it down the following day. He gave us a price and it sounded reasonable and fair so we booked him right away.

Leo and his team came on time and took the full day to do a total pipe plumbing change out. I was surprised how fast they got it done. They were very clean about doing the job. Tarps were laid down on the floor and tarps were taped to the ceiling to make walls to keep debris from going everywhere. What made me really like them was that he took notice that we don't wear shoes in our home, so they were so respectful of that and took off their shoes when entering our home! I understand if they kept it on since they working with tools and it can get messy, but I didn't even ask or anything! They just are so good about keeping it clean even though the job is messy. They cut holes only when necessary so to fix would be minimal. When I came home from work I could barely tell someone came to change out the pipes (other than the obvious hole where the pipes were changed). The house was pretty clean of dust and debris!

HIGHLY recommend! Would call Leo again if I ever have any plumbing issues...hopefully no more issues for a very long time!

This is the second time Leo's Plumbing Repair came out to fix my plumbing, and once again I couldn't be happier. They responded to my request within a couple of hours, came out within a day, fixed the problem quickly, and charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I asked Leo to help me install a sump pump in my crawlspace. He was very knowledgeable of the installation process, how to create a basin, fill surrounding with pebbles, and how select a proper sized pump.

The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up the work site after.

What impressed me is their post work service. I noticed the pump was not kicking on a frequently as I liked. Leo and his team dropped by right away to help me fix it to my liking.

Leo was very thorough with his work, and the price he charge is more than reasonable. I recommend him to all my friends.

I contacted Leo because I want my kitchen faucet to be replace. He did a good job. Very friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. There was leak after installing the faucet but I contacted him and came to my house right away to checked on it. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs repair or install for your sink. He will be doing my bathroom and can't wait for that to start.
