Our dryer stopped heating. I was able to rule out some items but hit my limit of knowledge. Local Bay Appliance was the first to reply to my request for appointment and also had the lowest estimate visit charge (which was credited to repair). Our machine is quite old, the problem was found quickly and he had the parts available. The whole repair was completed quickly and for a reasonable price. Will definitely call them again if we run into any other appliance repair needs.

Such great analysis and repair of our downdraft. They were helpful in diagnosing the issue, helping me find the right part for repair and then fixing it when the part came in.

Dimitrios was able to come look at our non-draining LG dishwasher pretty quickly. He diagnosed that the pump wasn't working, found and installed the part the same day. All better now.

Sucked that it died in less than a year and a half. I'll think I'll stick with Bosch dishwashers from now on....But at least we could get it repaired pretty quickly!

Domitriros is very quick to respond and I was lucky to get the same day appointment. As soon as he came, he tried to troubleshoot my dishwasher issue right a way. Although there was a small leak in the dishwasher, it is determined it might be coming from the plumbing fix I had a few weeks back. But Dimitriros was so patient and tested out a few times to ensure there's no leak after he cleaned up the water.
