Kevin and Manuel came to help change my leaking garbage disposal. I was in need of help fast, and these awesome guys came to the rescue. While they were there, I asked if they could also change the faucets in my kitchen and bathroom. I had already purchased the new faucets myself so all I needed was installation help. I live a bit far from where they were at, but they came anyways and brought with them a new garbage disposal to replace for me. So for that job, I was charged for the equipment and installation fee. Thank you for helping me out today. As long as the faucets and new garbage disposal continue to work, I will be calling these guys again! Thanks again for being so accommodating and prompt! I had the pleasure of working with Manny for the Aquasona water filter tank replacement, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service he provided. The prior water tank was a 4/3 inch size, and the new one was 1 inch. Manny went the extra mile to help me find the right adapters to replace the filter tank and also did a descaler for my tankless water heater.

The level of dedication and attention to detail Manny exhibited was impressive. Not only did he ensure everything was installed perfectly, but he also offered a very reasonable price for the service. The quality of work and the customer service were both top-notch.

Super Mario to the rescue!

Our water heater blew up Sunday evening around 5:30 and our garage was flooded. I quickly attached a hose to drain the rest of the hot water in the tank and started moving all our stuff (we have a lot of stuff) out to the driveway while my wife made a few calls to different plumbing services.

Since it was Sunday, we were having a hard time getting immediate help. She got a hold of Mario and he was over within 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the problem and helped us make sure the leak was stopped. We have a special, non-standard water heater so we knew we weren't getting a replacement that night. We also had the main water shut off but because our house piping is configured in a way the cold and hot pipes mix somewhere in the house, turning on the main water resulted with water back filling the tank. Mario made sure we had running water by closing off the hot outlet. He also left us with instructions on how to contact the water heater manufacturer, and confirmed the tank was still under warranty.

Next morning, Mario called me right before I was about to call the manufacturer about the warranty. He was already at the supplier to verify they had the exact tank we needed. He set me up with the service lady to get the new tank ready and also on how to get the refund. Mario had a full busy schedule that day but he went out of his way that evening to come pick up the busted tank. It allowed me time to dry the walls and fix the platform due to the water damage. While he was here, he also checked the water pressure and the pipes to the sprinkler system. He walked me through how the piping in the house was set up and answered all the questions I had.

Next morning, Mario showed up with the new water heater and installed it better than it was before. He also walked me through all the details of how to maintenance the tank for longevity and things to look out for.

Overall service was 6/5! The 6th star being the power star!!! He even followed up with me the day after to make sure my refund was moving along. I'm definitely keeping Super Mario on speed dial. He's professional and also a great genuine person with awesome employees. We enjoyed his company and value his expertise! Mario's price is comparable to other plumbing services but with exceptional customer service. He also does HVAC!

Mario was great to work with. He's an excellent communicator, delivered what he promised and went the extra mile to get us through our plumbing emergency.

Background- someone drove their vehicle over our back-flow preventer, snapping off various parts of it and then drove away. I returned home to have no water because the city shut us down due to the 30FT plume of water emanating from the device.

I called Mario based on his positive Yelp reviews and he personally came by to see the damage in under two hours. We discussed options, including moving the cursed device somewhere safer and he provided a written proposal that evening. The price was fair and he was able to complete the replacement and location move the next day, just in time for an extended family visit.

Note- his crew was already busy on existing jobs, so Mario did most of the work himself so he could get the water flowing ASAP. Thank you Mario!

I got some help from Mario's Plumbing and felt they were top notch. Kevin and the team knew right away how to help and solved our issue pretty quickly. I felt very good how they were very knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and someone that I could trust they knew what they were doing. Now that the job is done, I can see they did a fantastic job and provided a solution that was a good solution not just for the immediate problem, but for the long term. Very thankful and highly recommend to anyone needing help.

Manny saved the day!

It was Saturday afternoon. My tenant called and said all toilets & showers are clogged. I first found another company on Yelp who is open on weekends. The technician came, but after camera viewing, a few tries with snake, he failed. Then he suggested jet streaming with double the initial quote. I was OK with that because it seems to be a difficult job. A few minutes later, he told me that the boss wants to charge over time which almost doubled the already doubled price again. Of course I said no.

After the first guy left, I called Mario's plumbing on yelp. Within 30 minutes, Manny came. He didn't have fancy equipment, no camera, no jet streaming. But after started working just a few minutes, the drain started to open. Then I tried all showers, toilets, everything worked! It didn't seem so difficult at all - but of course, I guess experiences played a big part here.

I can't recommend Manny enough!

Manny from Mario's Plumbing came and diagnosed a problem (residue in the water) which had baffled several plumbers in the past; he had little doubt as to his diagnosis, the remedy wasn't too expensive compared to what others had proposed - including redoing all the pipes! - and it worked beautifully.
I then asked him to take a look at another, more minor issue which had been bothering us (low pressure in the shower), and he just as quickly diagnosed and fixed it.
Will definitely call Mario's - and Manny - next time I have a plumbing issue!

Last night I noticed I wasn't getting any hot water. I went down to the furnace room and saw water all over the floor. The water heater had died. So I woke up this morning and searched for the plumber I used 3 years ago - Mario - called him up and he asked me to send photos of the water heater. Fortunately, he had the right kind on his truck.

Mario and his assistant came by within an hour and did a very clean install of a new water heater. He also did a great job of cleaning up the standing water and mess on the furnace room floor.

After taking an ice cold shower this morning I am really happy he was able to come by this morning and we're back up and running with hot water!

Isaac was very conscientious and thorough. A pleasure to meet, and our problem is solved at a reasonable price. #grateful
