Is it open 24 hours?
A:
I don't think you can enter after 10 pm but it says on their website for after hour garage access to go to clementine street side with your parking ticket.

We had dinner reservations at the churrasco restaurant at the corner of 3rd St and Howard Sts at 6pm. I remembered this Moscone Center Garage when in the area and decided to park here since it was half a block from the restaurant.
This garage is a SFMTA City garage and hence, the parking rates are reasonable at $3 an hour, except for times between 12pm to 3pm, where the rate is $4 an hour. Though the posted rates are for the entire day, the garage closes at 10pm. If you need to get your car out after closure, you have to call a number to open the garage and be subject to a $63 fee.
To pay for your parking, you enter your parking ticket into a pay kiosk and pay with cash, credit, or Apple or Google Pay. Take your validated ticket and enter it at the exit gate for exit.
For my 2 hr 48 mins of parking, I paid $9 which is very reasonable for the Moscone Center area. If in the area, I will park at the Moscone Garage again.Helpful 8Thanks 4Love this 8Oh no 0 - Jennifer V.CA, CA1401Jul 29, 2024
Super convenient for the nearby clubs! Plenty cameras and minimal entrances and exits. $15 for about 3ish hours? Plenty spaces on all the floors as well.

I came to this lot because of how cheap it was. I just parked my car at a nearby lot and when I walked pass this lot I was surprised by how much cheaper it was. The previous lot I parked at was charging $7 for the first 15 minutes and then $19 for 30 minutes. I was shocked to see that this parking lot charges $3 per an hour (Price is based on what time you enter the lot in the day). For your reference, I parked in the lot a little before 6:30pm on a Thursday.
Prices:
9am to 12pm ($3 per an hour)
12pm to 3pm ($4 per an hour)
3pm to 6pm ($3 per an hour)
6pm to Midnight ($3 per an hour)
Midnight to 9am ($3 per an hour)
** Gates close at 10pm. If you do not get your car out before then, I believe you would have to call someone and there will be a fee to get your car out.**
The lot was fairly easy to enter. Exiting was not too bad, you just need to wait until the previous light is red and it should be fairly easy. The parking spots are pretty tight but in all honestly, most spots in SF lots are tight so I wasn't expecting this to have Costco sized spaces. I would say this lot is pretty safe considering we left around 8:15pm. But of course with all parking lots, just be mindful of your belongings. There are plenty of signs that says to not leave any valuables in the car. You should always make sure nothing is visible regardless of in the lot of not. But the signs are just a friendly reminder as it's posted right at the entrance too.
I paid $6 for almost 2 hours, a great deal in my book!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - Sep 4, 2021
Pssssst... so I got a secret.
It's this: This parking garage beats any other option available during day baseball. That's right, you heard it here. Do not spend $30-$40 on parking when coming to watch your beloved San Francsico Giants. Instead spend $11 and park here. Sure you have to walk a few blocks to the ballpark, but it's a straight shot and you can spend the extra money you're saving on food at the game or buying a souvenir.
Also, don't waste your time (like I used to) driving around the block half a dozen times looking for a spot to park because in the middle of the day it's all metered and your car will be towed if you haven't picked it up by 3pm. As an avid San Francisco Giants fan that drives in from the East Bay for day baseball this garage has been a blessing.
Gone are the days of spending $30 bucks and more for parking.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Jun 19, 2021
I called ahead of time to make sure I could park here and they answered all of my questions very quickly. Parking was easy in and easy out, pay at the machines on the first floor. We parked near a fancy car and below some bright lights. The lot closes each night and provides over night parking ($35).

Everyone should have the opportunity to drive a giant vehicle through the city and find parking. Like an adult test of wills. Let me tell you that driving a big Chevy Express Van is an adventure in parking wills.
I drove around for almost an hour looking for parking near Moscone Center. I don't like garages that are under 6'8". I had no other options and I made my way around in traffic so that I could turn into the entrance of the garage. The height sign said 6'6". I barely squeezed by. It was terrifying, but I did it.
I was very thankful this garage was here, with in walking distance of the convention center and can fit my giant van, theres a lot of gratitude. I didn't have an issue leaving. I squeezed right on out. If I ever have to come back again, this is my spot.Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 10Oh no 0 - 1793211337Dec 21, 2017
Parking in SF can be a bit of a nightmare, but this is a decent, fairly priced garage in pretty central location if you're headed downtown.
The best part about this garage is you enter right on Third Street, so if you're coming from the 280 exit, you can head straight up Third, park and not drive around in the the downtown SF traffic.
The spots are small, but I found one right away and didn't have any issues getting in or out.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Sean B.CA, CA01Jul 23, 2022
Safeish parking, good location. Not too crowded on a Saturday either. Would recommend to people who want to go to a giants game and also have a day in the city
