Our furnace leaked, leaving a puddle in our basement. Alex fixed the problem efficiently. Communication with NEXT was good.

I requested estimates from local HVAC companies for the installation of a mini split system in my home. Alex from Next HVAC responded quickly with a comprehensive and competitive bid. Based on my research, I knew I wanted a Senville dual system that has a high SEER rating, energy Star approval, and a top rating from Consumer Reports. Alex listened and provided an estimate based on my request. Several other companies I contacted would only provide bids for much more expensive equipment. I am very satisfied that I accepted the estimate from Next. The company quickly and efficiently scheduled the installation and they were excellent at keeping me informed about the process. Two knowledgeable installers arrived on my doorstep with the equipment, parts, and tools required for a professional installation. They did an excellent job. Thank you Ryan! I am very happy with the quality and service...and my mini split works great! It is incredibly quiet (both inside and outside), and the house cooled down immediately.

Alex was able to diagnose the problem and repair my furnace the same day.

I was out of town so he had to get a key from my neighbor then call me--which he did very professionally. He sent me photos of each step in the process, as well.

I am in the trades and I appreciate good work--NEXT offers that, at a cost I expect to pay for good work.

I called Next because I had been waiting for my regular HVAC service that I've had for several years come out to fix my furnace. They had ordered parts and I had been without heat for a week and a half during the coldest part of the year and was miserable. I finally was so frustrated that I called Next because of the good Yelp reviews. Alex came out the same day said he would go pick up the part needed and he came the day after that and fixed the furnace for several hundred dollars less than my previous company. I will be using Alex at Next for all my future HVAC needs. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and he's a licensed contractor himself.

We started with hiring this company to fix the thermostat in our oven.They determined that my stove was fine but the hanging oven thermometer I use was broken. They suggested preheating my oven before baking. The oven has been working ever since!!! Yay.

We then hired them to install a new stove hood and vent it to the outside. The tech John arrived early, and cleaned up after. Voila, we have a new vented stove no more food smells and greasy everything.

Update: Upon receiving the invoice, there was a slight misunderstanding. NEXT was quick to respond and took care of the misunderstanding quickly, and to my satisfaction.

NEXT was able to provide a quick quote and come in a very timely manner. Their prices are reasonable (even on the lower end for diagnostics). Their repair was quick and easy. I would use them again.

This company was so Johnny on the Spot for me. So very helpful, accessed the situation in minutes and then replaced the part necessary and done within minutes. My oven made a large whoosh when it lit so I had them come out to look at it. I called on a Friday, they came out on Monday promptly 9am, Peter quickly checked it out, showing me what the issue was, and reassured me all was well and explained the origin of the noise. No repair was needed. I appreciated their promptness, knowledge and efficiency

I contacted Next for a simple furnace inspection to make sure we're good for the winter. Alex came at our scheduled time, explained everything he was doing, and gave me the straight talk on our situation. He didn't try to sell me equipment or services I didn't need. He also answered our questions and gave us some good advice on a possible heat pump upgrade. Highly recommended.

These guys were great - they were responsive, available quickly and they repaired the dryer function of the washer/dryer within a couple of hours.
