NEXT HVAC & Appliance Repair

We had to get our Cooking range hood serviced that had just stopped working. NEXT HVAC promptly scheduled John T to come the same day. We were also updated about the schedule and ETA proactively.
John was on time, kind and very knowledgable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 30-45 minutes.
Great professional service!

I used this company in hopes of getting my washing machine fixed. Boy was that a mistake!

First, they sent a technician over for an initial consultation/diagnosis. Dude stayed for 5 mins and barely touched my washer. In fact, I told him what was wrong with my washer and how I diagnosed the issue. He was like, that must be it then, pulled out his phone, charged me $70 on Venmo, and left. He said he was an HVAC technician, and that his specialty was not washing machines. Why the hell did they send him to me then?!

Two weeks later, they sent another technician plus a helper to repair the broken part in my washer. It took the 2 workers almost 2 hours to figure out their project manager ordered the wrong part, and that something else was wrong with my washer. 2 hours were wasted, and nothing got fixed.

I reached out to their office immediately after the 2 workers left and asked them to give me a discount for the repair or refund me the diagnostic fee. They explained that their first technician could not look inside my washer because he didn't have a helper. Then what the hell did you charge me $70 for?!

At this point, I decided not to use them for the repair service and asked them to refund me the $70 I paid for absolutely nothing.

And oh, they were extremely responsive if you want to schedule an appointment/pay for their services or lack thereof, but not responsive at all if you ask them for a refund. I eventually got my refund, but was very frustrated about the whole experience.

Appreciated how quickly the team fixed things after a few initial bumps. Thanks team.

Alex came out of an evening to fix my furnace when it would not stop blowing cold air. Unlike a previous technician, who had charged me a call out fee only to tell me the whole thing needed to be replaced, Alex was able to make the necessary repairs to get my heat working again and save me thousands. (Of course the furnace will need to be replaced at some point, but Alex made it clear it wasn't an emergency and he could do the repairs needed to have it working safely). He was on time - which is rare! - considerate (took off his boots before entering my home), and worked quickly, clearly explaining the work he had done.
He will be the first person I call if I ever have an issue with my heating again.

Since technician Rayan did such a great job on my home fridge last week, I scheduled with the company to have him work on my office dishwasher today. He came on time; finished on time. Just like the last time, his well-mannered professionalism was greatly appreciated. His pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend him and this company!

Mom got her GE fridge estimate and repair done and the technician John was very nice and friendly, found the issue quickly and repaired same day. Was very thorough and took his time to ensure quality results. Would use the services again. Thank you!

Got fast next day service and technician was super nice and helpful on our GE washer dryer! While he couldn't help us with our issue, I appreciated their promptness and professionalism.

Their initial fee was very reasonable, good value.

NEXT HVAC did a great job installing a new kitchen hood for us. It took some doing because it was a different size and vent configuration than what we had before, but it wasn't a challenge for their technician. NEXT HVAC was affordable compared to the other options, and scheduling was easy. I would definitely recommend them.

Professional, clean, and understanding!

I initially reached to NEXT HVAC though Yelp. There was a misunderstanding over the job I was asking for. I had asked if they could install a new dishwasher for me but they thought that I was asking for a repair so they wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee. After a quick chat, they understood and said they could do the job.

I shopped around for a bit and found that pricing wildly varied. The team here really wanted to earn my business so they followed up with me and offered to me one of the best prices.

John arrived on time on the day of the scheduled installation. He was very polite and respectful. He even brought booties to make sure he didn't have any dirt in my home.

He removed my old dishwasher and took care to not let a single drop of water hit my floor. He also allowed me room to clean the area under there :)

After that, he unpackaged my new dishwasher and very carefully moved it to my kitchen without scratching my floors. This was a huge plus because many people don't care and floor replacement is so expensive in the Bay!

He worked quietly and doubled checked all of his work to ensure that he installed the dishwasher perfectly. He was able to secure it to my cabinets instead of quartz countertop which perfect because my old dishwasher was not secured into place.

Finally, John hauled away the old dishwasher again without scratching my floors and came back to triple check his work.

This whole experience was by far one of the best I've ever had. I wish Costco and other companies would use these guys for installation because it really was flawless!

I've had my share of appliance repair visits. But the visit by Next HVAC was simply the best experience and outcome I've enjoyed.
John, the technician, was a real pro. He confirmed the issue with my 10-yr-old refrigerator within minutes. And 40 minutes later, he had disassembled the freezer cabinetry and rear-side panel; swept out a wide blockage of ice; and steam-flushed the drain pipe from the freezer down to the drain pan. John also cleaned the nipple fixture at the bottom of the drain tube and installed an after-market shim to keep the top drain opening unobstructed.
I could not be happier. So glad I chose Next HVAC & Appliance Repair. Price was extremely reasonable as well.
