Noel Appliance

Adds life to used appliances. Worked on both my Kenmore washer and KitchenAid dryer in two back-to-back visits over 2 days. Even utilized some DIY work i had done on my Kenmore, which saved me $20 (but also made what i did better).

Honest, fair, reasonable and skillful. Good communicator, knows his stuff. Super nice guy. Only works on washers and dryers. Solved a problem that had been causing issues every few years in my dryer ventilation system.

Shows up at or just before when he tells you he will arrive.

Clearly conscientious - for example, he protected transmission of my washer during repair by removing and then replacing outer cabinet - instead of taking shortcuts - yet still got the work done in a timely manner.

Goes out of his way to solve problems and has the skillset to do so. Knows and uses methods he's learned or figured out from years of experience.

Another great experience with Noel. Diagnosed a washer problem hot / cold water input value. Came by at appointed time, even included an ETA, then fixed the problem quickly for minimal charge. Each time I call him - he confidently explains what he can or can't do, offers useful tips about the appliance and skips all the what ifs and any related nonsense. He follows through every time and billing is quite reasonable!

Noel is a nice guy and has been to my home for repair several times! He came arrived on time and completed the repair quickly . We would definitely calk him again for service for our washer or dryer.

Local, honest and thorough. Noel sat with me and showed me the problem and was upfront with cost. Oh and he knows what he's doing.

Called Noel on Thursday for maintenance of my Samsung Washer and Dryer. Noel came the next day, on time and did a excellent job cleaning my dryer ducts and the screen hoses for my washer.
I explained that the washer 'walked' and made all kinds of noise during the spin cycle. I bought the washer from Costco and they had sent repairmen to fix the issue 4 times to no avail.
Noel fixed it. He 'leveled' the washer and now it works perfectly. The spin cycle is quiet and the washer stopped walking.

Last night I realized my clothes dryer was no longer heating up my laundry. The thing would spin the clothes around, but not actually dry them. This was a huge problem, because I care for an elderly parent in my home, and this means clothes and bedding need to be washed and dried almost every single day. When you have a dementia patient in your home who has "accidents" in their bed on a regular basis, you can NOT go one day without a working washer and dryer!

To make matters worse, my work schedule is not flexible. So I called in sick last night, and had just one day --today-- to spend in panic mode, trying to get my dryer fixed or replaced.

The first mobile appliance repair service I contacted determined over the phone that my dryer was so old, they wouldn't have parts for it, and would need to order any parts it required. Which would take time. Time I don't have, 'cause mom is peeing and pooping in her bed every day!

Panic mode intensifies.

Next I find out none of the usual avenues for getting a dryer, such as Home Depot, Best Buy, et al., actually keep dryers in stock or have the ability to just sell you one and install it the same day. Every one of them has a situation where you buy the thing and schedule a delivery and installation for later in the week.

Panic mode intensifies some more.

Then I called Noel Appliance. I called at 10:39 a.m. on a Saturday (today), Noel got to my home quickly, dealt with a tricky installation, and was all done by 1:30 p.m. My old, obsolete, broken dryer is gone, and in its place is a wonderful, modern unit Noel happened to have on hand.

Noel is a super nice guy with a very high level of technical expertise, great customer service, and solid business ethics.

I can't believe this all got solved so quickly and I don't have to use another sick day later in the week to have Home Depot install a dryer for me!

I am so happy right now. Calling Noel Appliance was the best possible decision I could have made.

We have an old school top load Kenmore washing machine bought back in 2007. The balance was off and we wanted to try and see if we could repair it and not have to buy a new washer. Reviews on the new ones are terrible and we all know appliances are now made on the cheap designed to fail after 5 years so you have to buy a new one.

After texting Noel with a picture and description of the problem, he came over the next day. He was able to diagnose the issue, run the washer and stayed until he knew the problem was fixed. We then had our dryer vents cleaned since he was there.

Overall, excellent service and will definitely be recommending Noel to everyone!

I am very satisfied with his work, I plan to contact him again in the future when I need an appliance repaired (hopefully not too soon) and highly recommend him to anyone in need of major appliance servicing.
