Nasir moved his personal schedule around for me when I had a broken pipe under my house, and he was able to come and do the work on not only a Sunday, but Mother's Day. Their work was excellent, and Nasir is trustworthy and professional.

All I can say is I'm so very grateful to have this man in my contacts and on speed dial! LOL! He literally was in the house for just a few minutes and fixed the clog.
He's so professional, very knowledgeable, super courteous(he always puts on booties before he enters my house!), and ridiculously fast! I called Nasir with an emergency request for my unplungable toilet, he responded with he was on his way. This guy walks in, snaked my toilet for 30 seconds, removed his tools, washed his hands and left! He said he couldn't leave my toilet like that for the weekend so he did it on his way home! Yes, I have them permanently in my contacts is my "1 and only plumber "
Apr 19, 2022Previous reviewOk STOP PLAYING!! These guys are no joke! I had a plumber come and spend 3 hours on a job that "couldn't be done!" He recommended an air blower pump thingy(estimate $1000+). I checked yelp and found Nasir and Barney at all 5 stars. I called, they came, they kicked butt in less then 15 min!!! No kidding. I found me a new plumber!! Lolololololol!!! I'm so happy, Nasir saved me thousands of dollars the home warranty recommended I paid for out of pocket. I was told the blower was the only thing that would work and that it wasn't covered under my warranty. NOT!!!

Called at 11am for a clogged shower drain after my own failed attempts. Nasir answered the call, provided a 1-4pm ETA & arrived with an assistant at 2:30 after notifying he was enroute. Cleared out the drain in 10 mins or so, packed up, collected payment, provided some business cards and was on his way. Paid for the experience & results, not the time. Would recommend.

What more can I say about Naisar and his crew. Professional and reasonably priced for services. I had a garbage disposal replaced today, I'm am tremendously happy with the work. I highly recommend this establishment

We have used Pacific Drain and Rooter several times in the past few years. This time it was to replace a sump pump that failed during a recent storm. Every time, we have found the work they do to be outstanding. They are very courteous, competent and knowledgeable. They show up when they say they are going to show up. Their pricing is always fair, and they don't try to create work or upsell you things you don't need. You shouldn't need a plumber, but if you do, Pacific Drain and Rooter is the best.

If you every have a plumbing problem, call them. The service can't be beat, and the costs are extremely fail. I will say it again, they are the best.
Dec 2, 2020Previous reviewPacific Drain is the BEST. I bought a dishwasher at Lowes, and called them to install it. Its not only that they are very competent professionals, its that they go way over and above to satisfy the customer and do the right things. It starts with being very punctual, being Covid safe, being extremely neat and clean, and doing more than the job calls for. I can't praise them enough. If you have a plumbing problem, call them first. I certainly will.

I texted Nasir, and he immediately got back to me. and was at my house within an hour. He fixed the issue, had a great attitude, and did not charge. He is a real professional.
Nov 2, 2020Previous reviewI can't recommend them highly enough. My kitchen sink would not drain. Nasir showed up on time, and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He wore a mask the whole time, and he even took the shoe protectors on and off each time he went to his truck. He snaked the drain, and replaced the do-it-yourself pipes under the sink in about 30 minutes, and he charged a very fair rate. I could not be more satisfied.

I texted Nassir and his company late evening (after business hours) about having him go check out the issue when he had an appt available. Nassir replied first thing in the morning and stated he had a full day and needed to be in Oakland like within the hour but would squeeze us in this morning. He went to the property and he fixed the issue. Called me to update me with his findings. Excellent service and professionalism. The fact that he managed to put us in his calendar the very last minute to not only assess but also fix the sewer issue blew my mind. This is your guy for any plumbing and/or rooter services!

I have problem with my kitchen sink and I already used the other plumber, but he is not good and not honest.
I really desperate and make me couldn't sleep for few days because of what's the previous guy said.
Finally I found Nasir . He is very honest, nice, hard working and really helpful. He fixed my problem. I really thankful for what he done.
I strongly recommend Pacific Drain & Rooter service. If yelp have mire than 5 star, I will give more than 5 stars. Definitely I'll recommend him to all of my friends and family.
