The best money I spent on car wash!
Their detailed cleaning was impeccable. I used to have a car wash plan at other place but canceled it as they always missed spots inside of my car.
With my furry baby, my car was covered with dog hair that vacuum was challenging.
But today it was cleaned! They did remove the floor mat and inside and out!
Thank you so much! Will definitely come back!

I drive down from Redwood City, 30 miles away, to get my car washed here. Enough said.

For me, just getting a good quality wash without paying a lot is key. No weird scratches or scuffs, just a good basic hand wash.

They also have more high-end services.

Thank you Kevin and the team for making my baby beautiful again! I came on a hot Friday at around 2pm Kevin asked me what were my concerns. I told him my 9 years old daughter spilled slime all over the rug, I need help cleaning that out! Honestly, no other car wash I've been to had the owner asked what was my concern about my car. It shows me that Kevin cares about his customers and wants to deliver!

It was about an hour wait not as bad as other places which was 2hrs+. In the waiting room there was an African grey bird that can talk! It was so cute! It kept saying hello to me until I sat next to it!

I especially love this location because there are so manh shops nearby you can walk to while you wait to pass the time. They also have plenty of seating inside and outside for you to get some work done as well. Highly recommend!!

Today I took my car to Pacific Hand Car Wash and was pleasantly surprised by the less than an hour wait on a Sunday. Despite it being six months since my last wash, Kevin and his team did an outstanding job, making my car look brand new once again. Their meticulous attention to detail always impresses me. Decided to come on a weekday so it wouldn't be the chaotic mess it appears on weekends. This was the wrong choice. There are only a few guys working so the basic service is quoted at an hour and fifteen minutes. I reluctantly agreed to wait, and chose the only comfortable-looking seat that isn't in the sun.

Within 10 minutes, a car gets parked within three feet from me and they start using some kind of extremely loud tool to clean it. This caused intense pain in my ears, so much that I had to rush away and find a seat on the (rather uncomfortable) wooden bench that lines the driveway. I've circled in red where my original seat was. Note that they had the entire rest of the parking lot in the photo they could have used instead...

Still ended up taking longer than quoted, and my ears are still ringing an hour later. Will not be returning. Note to management: if you take three times as long as other car washes, you need to provide a comfortable waiting area.

Been going to these guys for years, usually pretty happy with the results.

This time I needed a deeper clean. Paid $310 for the full Deluxe Detail Wash ($60) plus the Pacific Detail Wash ($250) and left a cash tip. Process took nearly 4 hours.

The Pacific Detail Wash includes a full shampoo of the seats. I understand that the seats need to air-dry mostly and followed all instructions from the staff.

However, there were a ton of water spots and other residue left afterwards. I was hoping that these areas would have at least received a final wipe down with a dry cloth but the water spots were pretty stark afterwards.

Not sure if it's on me to clean those, but I did so. Just not sure if it's worth paying for the $250 extra wash in the future, so this is more a word of caution. Overall, the team here does good work besides that!

I just moved to SJ, and it's been a bit of a challenge to find a good, hand car wash, this place does an amazing job, a bit pricey and they took over a hour the last 2 times I went but so worth it! I usually run errands, have lunch nearby or go for a walk while I wait. Highly recommend!

Just came back from my first car wash at this place and I'm not impressed. $90 for a Tesla Model Y. I waited for an hour. They did clean the car but they didn't do a thorough job and for $90, you would think they would try harder. See photos of some of the disappointment. One of the windows was also still wet and I wiped it down myself, so i didn't take a photo. Some debris still on the car that I scratched off (not too big a deal for me), but the trim is really disappointing.

Update: Dropped another star because of the stain they made in the interior. I also noticed they didn't clean the center console, which only really needed a vacuum to it.
