I've tried multiple parking lots around SFO and this one is still my favorite for when I have to leave my car at the airport.
First, there are tons of spaces. Choose between outdoor or indoor. Choose between self parking or valet service.
Second, there are always coupons on the website. You can easily get 1 day off. If you sign up your address (fill out the back of a coupon upon exit when you go there), you can be on their mailing list and I always get emails and post mail with coupons such as 1 day, 2 day, and even up to 7 days for free before. Note there are min. days required to obtain the free days. Often, I also get additional 10-15% off that is stackable with these free days and also 50% off visits. This makes Park SFO the cheapest or one of the cheapest places to park at SFO.
Third, it's pretty fast to get to your car. I've had less hassle using Park SFO as compared to the Long Term parking at SFO itself. Since there are multiple stops at long term parking at SFO, it takes awhile to unload everyone. Also, more people tend to use that one even though it's almost the same in terms of distance from the terminals. With park SFO, there are less stops and therefore technically speaking faster service. The guys are usually pretty nice and when I've parked far in the outdoor section, they even drop me off specifically near my car. Long Term parking at SFO will not do this.
Fourth, the prices are generally a bit cheaper even without the coupon. $13.95 + tax for outdoor, $11.95 for indoor. $18 per day for valet. I've tried valet once and it took me awhile to get my car. My suggestion is try to do it on your own.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Colleen C.Boulder Creek, CA3364Mar 9, 2024
I parked here during a long European trip. My car was completely safe. I didn't realize leaving my hybrid that long without charging it would end up with a dead battery. There were two people that helped me out in the middle of the night when I arrived. One was Moses and I cannot remember the other young guy that helped but he was great and charged my car. If I find his name, I'll post it. He was a young good looking guy. He was either Hispanic or Asian American. The details about his appearance are to hopefully make up for me forgetting his name and he will get some recognition from management. I will be using this place in the future if I fly out of SFO.

If you travel often and choose to use off-site parking, DO NOT USE Park SFO. I used to park off of San Mateo Blvd in San Bruno, but they closed a few years back and automatically transferred their regular clients to Park SFO.
From the beginning, service was not as good, but tolerable with an occasional exception of poor service.
My most recent trip has tipped the scales where I will never use their service again. During a long business trip, I lost my wallet with all my credit cards, cash, and identification. Even though I have two credit cards on file within the Park SFO app, they could not access this info to allow me to pay my bill, get my vehicle, and go home.
They do not have the ability to use Apple Pay or Venmo.
Their suggestion was to take Uber home, get cash and return in the morning to get my vehicle. Mind you, I would have had to pay another day of parking plus the Uber ride to and from.
The counter people were rude, and had zero suggestions of help to solve my situation.
To top it off, I watched four Park N Fly shuttles pass my before the first Park SFO shuttle arrived.
Park somewhere else. It's not with the heart ache.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - sayo n.Sebastopol, CA0469Apr 16, 2024
Zero stars, worst airport parking experience I've ever had.
I reserved indoor parking before my trip. When I arrived at the facility, the attendant barked at me (in broken English) that the covered parking was full, my reservation was invalid, and I'd have to park outside. It's convenient for ParkSFO that this means I had to pay the on-site fee rather than the reserved in advance discounted fee, so the outdoor parking cost me MORE than my reservation for indoor parking.
Is it a scam? You be the judge. Just don't park there.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Val G.San Francisco, CA0241Apr 14, 2024
I have used Park SFO twice. The first time there weren't any issues whatsoever. This time, though, I don't know if it was Spring Break or what, but we were waiting for almost 30 minutes to be picked up coming back home. It was almost 1am and cold.
Once we got to the lay station, I asked the attendant to look up my reservation because we had lost our ticket (we knew it was a $15 fee for not having it). The line was long because the self payment machines were broken/not working. The attendant looked at me and said, "These people behind you all have THEIR ticket..." I told him I knew i had to pay because I didn't have it and to just look my information up. He pushed a piece of paper to me shooed me to one side to fill out. Once done he looked up my license plate and charged me.
Shit happens..to ask people on vacation to keep a piece of paper for a week is lame. It took the guy 1 minute to look for our car entry with a license plate. And if you lose it get charged $15 at least make it easy and not be rude about it.
I will not be using them when with my family anymore. They are not reliable and can be jerks.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Nov 12, 2023
Park SFO gets the job done!!
This place definitely has more shuttles than other off airport parking at SFO. That was one of the reasons I chose them when I parked somewhere else, I kept seeing there shuttles pass me by while I was waiting for another shuttle.
Also, with the rise in parking rates recently, this place is consistently cheaper than others, with coupons they email to you.
The only downside side I could see is, this is a huge parking structure with multiple levels, so security might be a little stretched to be able to cover all the areas sufficiently.Helpful 13Thanks 2Love this 6Oh no 1 - Mark V.Lafayette, CA05Jul 11, 2024
Reservation process and parking experience were good however upon departure, 4 DAYS FREE coupon did not load and App gave me no way to back out to reload coupons. Thus I paid $100 more than indicated. I have contacted them at info@ParkSFO.com and I await a reply w credit for future stay.

I recently had a disappointing experience with San Francisco Airport Parking. Despite making a reservation for three days and planning to leave before midnight, I was overcharged due to a worker's incompetence at the exit gate. Despite explaining my situation, there was a delay in processing my exit, resulting in an additional day's charge. While the facility itself is decent, the lack of proper training for staff and the inconvenience caused by their errors left me dissatisfied. I hope they can improve their customer service and billing procedures in the future.

Rude! Surprised they have 2 stars.
The vacant parking stall red and green lights don't even work.
Green lit stalls are occupied.

They are the rudest bunch of people I've ever had the unfortunate time of having to be a customer.

David Chen was amazing and so helpful and loved being able to have VIP treatment before a long trip! Thank you so much David for being so warm and helping me with all my bags. I had a pretty rough start today so he definitely made my day! I will always come back and ask for you, David. Also I fly every other weekend and park in valet and wished all the customer service was this way.

When traveling out of SFO, we always use Park SFO to stash our car while away. Parking is easy. It's the other parts that drop the rating.
Coming back, it's always sketchy as to where to get picked up. A previous trip, I was dropped off in a specific area and was told when I came back to come to the same spot. Okay, I did. A week later when I returned, I went to the same spot ... I had to flag down the driver who was going to pass me. He saw me late and somehow managed to pull over. He yelled at me for being in the wrong location. When I told him this was the designated area, he wanted to argue that I was wrong. I told him I was dropped off here. The sign says this is a designated area. He told me the area was in another area and pointed back a distance. Sigh.
On this latest visit, we were gone nearly two weeks. Once again, knowing the procedure, I scanned the QR at the gate to let me in to the garage. When I returned, the app said I never checked in. This became a hassle because the individual behind the counter wanted to argue with me about not checking in (or having a ticket). I told him I scanned the app and the gate opened, as I have done on a few occasions. I mentioned there must be an issue with the app. He snapped back, telling me the app is never wrong. I was wondering if this is the same guy who snapped at me the previous visit on the bus. Customer service is severely lacking in that regard, but the parking is rather inexpensive (with the added coupons) so it's tolerated. People / Customer skills are severely lacking by some of the employees.Helpful 8Thanks 1Love this 4Oh no 1
