I have a prosumer home machine that was in need of maintenance. It's a fairly obscure machine, so I appreciated the extra effort that Primo made to get the parts and perform the service. Overall the cost of parts and labor were less than I expected. The machine was returned in excellent shape, and I had a great conversation with the team, so I understand what they did and have a very good idea of the expertise they employed. This is first and foremost a professional service company. However, if you have a machine in need of repair or maintenance I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call.
