What can't i say about David and his team! We met through my produce vendor a couple years ago, i think. So glad we met because he's provided excellent service every time. I have 8 different fridges and freezers running 24-7 in my restaurant and every time i need service David is there for me. He's honest, quick, and extremely reliable. I just wish i didn't have to call him as many times as i've had to! I wouldn't call anyone else for my commercial refrigeration needs. I always refer him to industry friends too. You're in good hands with them!

I had trouble finding some to fix and replace the compressor on my freezer truck I searched yelp and found David who said he could help me . David did a excellent job for me and I highly recommend to give him a call if you need someone for freezer or refrigeration repair.

To be honest, I only write reviews of extreme service experiences, and in this case I am extremely happy. David Kim deserves six stars, five for every dimension of expertise and service quality, and one extra for resourcefulness. I presented him with a double challenge when my wine cellar refrigeration system failed - esoteric legacy (read unfamiliar) technology and critical time constraint. David's ingenuity, determination, and timeliness left other local bidders in the dust.

Impeccable professionalism, honesty, and promptness. I literally sleep better at night knowing David has serviced essential appliances in my home.

Dave, the owner of Priority Refrigeration, is the best I have ever used in my 27 years in the restaurant industry. I own a restaurant, Marzano, in Oakland. He has helped me out numerous times, on short notice, and is extremely helpful with insight to help upkeep your refrigeration going forward. Customer satisfaction is top priority here. He is an engaging, and easy person to talk to. He also understands the small business owner. He tries to figure out ways to economically get the job done. In other words, he doesn't try to gouge you for the work. He is fair, and honest. His work is precise, and extremely professional.
If you have problems with any refrigeration, including ice machine cleaning etc. etc. do not hesitate. Call Dave at priority refrigeration. You will not be disappointed.
