I highly recommend the professional and kind staff of Professional Charter Services. When my girlfriend lost her phone behind on a bus, the staff went out of their way to assist us and make sure we were able reunite with the phone. Their entire team was kind, professional, and diligent, and I recommend them whole-heartedly. Also their buses are super comfortable and their drivers are safe and efficient as well!

What an amazing privilege it was for me to be able to work alongside Omar and his wonderful team of drivers. I have worked in this industry for more than 20 years and I had all but lost hope that this level of professionalism still existed. Every passenger was treated with the highest level of respect. We transported hundreds of passengers over several days. Every passenger complimenting daily on the teams professionalism, on how clean, new and comfortable, plenty of leg room, wifi, electrical ports at every seat.

I had to hire a bus for a work event. Great company. The best cancel policy after shopping around and good service. Reliable, easy to arrange, and I asked a lot of questions. Good pricing/industry standard. Would def hire them again.

Great service and great experience with the company. Everything from answering all my questions over the phone to the easy booking and emailing back and forth. Even made themselves available to respond to my text messages when away from office email, because I wanted to confirm before. I noticed driver arrived early which was very comforting to see since we traveled our kids dance team to a Warriors game. Driver Kevin was great and very respectful smooth driver and did as I asked and texted me when he was placed back in front for pickup They have another employee Patricia which is what gave me the insight and information to book with them. I did request for her as our driver but wasn't able to which is ok. She still wasnt my driver but also answered any of my questions and she helped make my decision to book with them and it was the best. We will for sure be using this company wherever our dancers need to go!!! Great work Patricia and Kevin

Outstanding service from this bus charter company! Above and beyond the call of need--- at 10 pm reassured a group of high school parents that their kids would be safely and professionally picked up and carried home at 4 AM ( 6 hours from emergency call) and they were! Kind, caring people are still running businesses! This is a company to support knowing you will be well taken care of ---even in a late night / early morning emergency!! Omar was hero of the night!

I was booking a mini bus for an event, so I checked a few different charter services in the area. To start, they gave me the best rate by far compared to other equivalent services.

I worked with Victor who was very responsive and helpful to all of the questions I had through the process.

Unfortunately, the event was cancelled a day before it was supposed to happen and I needed to cancel the charter. I spoke with the team and they were extremely understanding and I was able to get refunded for the booking.

When the event is rescheduled I will certainly be coming back to this company!

Worse ever. Drivers not qualified and home office very unprofessional and surly. One of their drivers backed into a parked car. Another got lost twice during service. Find an alternative.

Our student NASA field trip was fantastic! Fadi Stephan gave us Excellent Customer Service! Omar our driver was extremely professional, polite, friendly, timely, and great with kids! The bus was gorgeous and clean.

This was a last minute booking, but it didn't feel like, I was treated like a VIP client. Booking was simple and seamless. THANK YOU!!!

Had a very good experience working with Fadi on planning a 50+ Person team offsite in Napa. We actually had to cut the trip short due to a power outage and Fadi was quick to help us push up our original return date and arrange transport back in SF with just 3 hours notice (and no extra cost!).
