We were sad when we found out Matt no longer works. Luis, whom Matt recommended, was excellent!

He took care of us, was professional, polite and very knowledgable. Our car had a few issues that came to light with this service and Luis broke it down expertly for us. He also addressed any questions I had regarding maintenance of our other car.

Omg .. people come here to purchase your next car /trucks.. staffs so nice and info you in details..tell you straight the cost of each car.. few friends ask how we got our RAV 4 2024?? Every where in city needs deposit and 1/2 year wait for Rav 4.. we advise you go straight here and buy buy. The deal ships/staffs in San Francisco and Daly City is bullshit.!!!! Again bullshit !!! I will come to Putnam again for our next car...

Came in on a Sunday for a new vehicle. Was deciding between going with a Toyota or Honda. Hendrik came out to assist us. We told him what we were looking for- mainly a smaller hybrid vehicle like a Prius or Corolla Hybrid. Unfortunately, they did not have any available on the lot. Showed us a Camry hybrid that they did have and the Corollas they do have. Hendrik was patient and allowed us the time to check out each of the vehicle and browse the cars on the lot. Did not feel pressured or swayed to go with a particular car or to a higher trim level. Had outlet eyes on the Corolla SE. We told Hendrik that we are also looking at Hondas as well and that we would like to check them out before making a decision. He told us to do that and gave his business card if we came back to get a Toyota. No pressure at all and instead let the Toyota vehicles speak for itself.

After checking out Honda, we've decided to go back to Hendricks and get the Corolla SE. no hassle at all. Let us test drive it. During the test and after the purchase, Hendrik went over the features of the car in details. We appreciate Hendrik allowing us the time to decide what car was best for us without pressuring us to buy unlike some of the salesperson that we've worked with in the past. Highly recommend to ask for Hendrik at Putnam Toyota in Burlingame if you are in the market for a Toyota.
