Reyes Vacuum Repair

So my Kirby, which I have owned over 15 years and is an awesome vacuum cleaner, finally had a piece fall off. I searched through Yelp and found Reyes Vacuum Repair. I was a little hesitant because there was not a physical address for the business, but because of the 5 star ratings, I figured I'd give it a try.

I contacted Victor, the owner, replied promptly, and stated he would pick up my vacuum (Weds), repair it and then return it by the weekend, depending upon parts he would need, if any.

Victor returned my vacuum on Saturday morning. Apparently the clutch mechanism just needed to be reattached. Victor also replaced my dust bag, and belt without being asked, which was a pleasant surprise. The total cost for the repair $65!

I found Victor's attention to responsiveness, attention to detail, and customer service deserving of a 5 star rating. I would definitely recommend Reyes Vacuum Repair for your vacuum repair needs.

After moving two apartments and dealing with 4 different pets my Dyson vacuum was struggling a lot. It smelled of wet / burnt dog hair every time I turned it on and constantly got clogged, and also flung cat litter everywhere whenever I lifted the brush head from the floor.

Victor was a pleasure to interact with and extremely responsive as well as flexible. His prices are very reasonable, especially given the fact that he picks up and drops off the vacuum from you! My vacuum cleaner is the cleanest I've seen it since I bought it, and works as if it's brand new. Highly recommend. He definitely deserves his 5 stars!

I had a vacuum cleaner with a broken belt, he gave me a 30 minute window and was right on time, fixed my cleaner on the spot and charged me less than what I would have paid had I taken my vacuum to a store

This may look like a repeat from other customers' reviews, but Victor is definitely 5 stars worthy. Communication was extremely quick. I thought I had a quick fix but turns out that it was more serious. He kept me in the loop on the repairs, and I got less than a 24 hour turnaround on my vacuum cleaner. He comes and pick ups and drops off as well so this is a great service instead of me waiting for Dyson to open their repair shop.

COVID protocols were followed. Can't go wrong with this and glad I was able to get vacuum cleaner before the Super Bowl.

I have a dyson animal allergy vacuum cleaner, I've been using it for a couple of years, but last week it lost its suction it had a weird sound ....
Searching the net and yelp, I came across to Victor, I called him and we agreed to come for the vacuum cleaner in 4 pm.

The next day .... However, the next day, after half an hour of waiting, there was neither a call nor a message, nor Victor, I called, did not answer, and voice mail is full, I sent him a text message, where I expressed my dissatisfaction with his ignoring and not arriving at a certain time ....

Victor called me immediately and apologized, he must take his kids somewhere ....

I was angry and thought I had to take my vacuum cleaner somewhere else ...
but when he said it was because of the children, everything was forgiven ... I decided to give him a second chance....

We agreed later that night to come get the vacuum cleaner .... A day later he called me and explained that he needed to disassemble and clean it in detail ... When he finished he called me and brought it back .....
Except having cleaned it very well, looks like new and works like brand new ....

It's been a while since I posted a review. I believe this company deserves recognition!!

I have a Miele Salsa vacuum cleaner that decided to get cranky last night. I was worried because (1) I wasn't sure how long the repair would take and (2) if it's damaged then I would need to buy a new machine. I gave this company a shot because of the number of ratings it got. Let me tell you it was ON POINT!! Victor is very responsive with the messages/texts. He picked up the machine earlier today and mentioned that he would drop it off tomorrow (first of all I was SHOCKED that he would pick it up and turn it around in a day). The best news is I got a text from him this evening letting me know that he fixed it and that he would drop it off tonight. WHAT?!?! Who does that?! Friends, let me tell you that the machine is super clean, and runs like a brand vacuum cleaner. AMAZING customer service and SUPER reasonable.

Give him a shot if you are looking to have your vacuum cleaner repaired or looking to have someone do the maintenance. I'm definitely calling him back to keep this baby running for a long time

Excellent service. Don't try to service your vacuum cleaner yourself. Once in a while give it to Reyes and he does an excellent job. Worth every penny. Includes belt change and filter change as required. Vacuum cleaner is almost like new after over 5 years. Everything handled digitally, including photo exchanges before, during and after cleaning. And finally digital payments too. Highly recommend Reyes.

I needed to get my Panasonic upright hepa vacuum tuned up.Called
Victor who told me on the phone $50 and he would pick it up in
Fremont! It seemed to good to be true but he did.I texted him
our address. He came with the time he promised.He told us that if there was any extra repairs to be done,he would call first. He delivered the vacuum with a new filter,bag and nice scented deodorizer the same evening.
He was true to his word. Thank you Victor for such great service. It's
rare to get home service for a vacuum cleaner.

My vacuum cleaner sometimes won't start. Victor come to my house to pick it up. He is very professional. He took the vacuum cleaner, took a picture of the serial number and send to me, gave me a receipt. Because the problem was hard to reproduce, he spent a few more days to reproduce the problem. Once the problem was identified, he called me, described the problem and available solutions. The fee was reasonable as well. I agreed him to make the repair and the vacuum cleaner was repaired and delivered back to me that night. Better yet, he cleaned the vacuum cleaner and it looks great! Victor is great! I highly recommend him.

I was given a Bissell hybrid standup vacuum cleaner and my son. When I tried to vacuum my floors, there was no movement on the brush. I planned to take it into a vacuum repair store to have it checked. I was prepared to donate it and buy a new one today, Black Friday.

I found Reyes Vacuum Cleaner Repair Service on Yelp, and I was impressed with the reviews, so I called Victor, the owner, and he offered to come over in 20 minutes. 15 minutes later, Victor rolled in with his mobile vacuum repair van, took one look at my vacuum cleaner, and explain to me where a little button was and how tilting the vacuum cleaner made the brush work. I had no idea because there were no instructions.

Victor said there was no charge and he seemed genuinely happy to know that I now know how to operate my vacuum cleaner.

Even though I have not had a chance to purchase any services from Reyes Vacuum Cleaner Repair Service, I strongly urge you to consider Victor and his company as your first choice.
