Same Day Air Conditioning & Heating

My furnace stopped generating heat on one of the coldest days of the year. The plumbing firm that had installed the furnace decades ago is no longer in business, so I had to go on the Internet to find someone to service my furnace. After reading reviews I contacted Same Day AC & Heating. They were able to schedule me the next morning. They confirmed via email and text, which I like. The tech was prompt and competent, quickly identified the missing part, changed it on the spot (no rebooking needed for parts ordering, etc) and charged me a fair price. I definitely would recommend this company.

Our air conditioner stopped working yesterday in the afternoon around 2:30 pm in this very hot weather. We were so upset because of the heat and no air conditioning and thinking we will never get anyone out here and will probably have to wait at least 3-4 days to have someone come out. Well we called Same Day Air Conditioning & Heating that American Home Shield had sent out before and that is EXACTLY what they did....they came out to our house yesterday around 4:15!! It was unbelievable!! We had used them several years ago and because of the exceptional service I had Yelped them back then. They have continued to provide the exact same excellent outstanding professional service to this day! On top of having the air conditioning not work, while Gabriel was here our power went OFF!! We thought, Oh No!! We were so grateful to have him come over on the same day we called, and now our power went off thanks to PG&E! Gabriel was most apologetic and rather than pack up and leave immediately, he waited about 10 minutes and the power came back on and he fixed it! We did not expect him to sit and wait because we weren't sure when the power would come back on, but he was so kind and considerate and said he would wait a bit more to see if it would come back on and it did. Sam the owner has an amazing company with amazing workmen. We highly recommend Sam's company and appreciate American Home Shield having such reputable professional companies that they refer their customers to.

From SuHashim was very thorough, personable, & listened to us to find out what the problem was. Our AC has not been working in 5 months & he was able to look at it & fix it today. Thank you so much. Not sure if this is the right location fir Sameday but hope this reaches the right person.

I've hired them twice and they were great both times. Hashem was super knowledgeable and took time to explain his recommendations and the proposed repair. A great experience both times and would for sure call them again if necessary.

Called at 3 p.m. on a Friday for a wall furnace that wasn't working, and they were able to send out Mohammed the next morning. He was lovely, explained the problem, and how I might resolve it in the future. I also asked about changing out the thermostat, and he explained why that wouldn't be a good idea, unless I wanted to spend a LOT of money with an electrician and additional parts. Same Day's charges were very reasonable.

Our AC stopped working and thanks to Gabriel from Same Day Air the problem is fixed. He replaced the capacitor. He was wearing a face mask and followed social distance protocols. Thanks Gabriel.

Sanad was prompt and explained each part of the process. He was able to efficiently work (despite a very dark utility closet in which the furnace resides) and guide me through testing the furnace to see if it was working properly. Extremely helpful. I would use them again, for sure.
