12972170Jul 15, 202120 dollars a day for resident guest parking. Simple and quick procedure to get a spot and a remote. Spot is assigned but a bit small.

You have a friendly front desk staff in the evenings and the building management team during the day if you have any issues. Easy to talk to and they'll help resolve any issues you may have.
Price is pretty reasonable for what you get in a parking garage, $300/month.
I honestly can't find a better place to park my car!
