Sublime Appliance Repair

Zach came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He had to go back to the office to get the replacement part and came back later in the day. He fixed the ice maker and vaccuumed out the bottom and back of thr fridge. This is the second instance that Zach has visited our home (the first time was fixing our washing machine kid), and we are extremely happy with his great service! We would not heaistate on recommending Sublime to others.

I needed my stove looked at and my ice maker was broke. Zack from Sublime came to our house, he was friendly, knowledgeable and went straight to work. He diagnosed our stove problem and replaced the broken ice maker. If we decide to repair the stove, we will definitely call Sublime and Zack back to do the repairs.

Just had a great experience. I called on Wednesday and the technician came out to my home today. My ice maker in the refrigerator wasn't working. Turns out it was my fan. The technician, Zack, was awesome. He diagnosed the problem, went and picked up the part, and was back within 30 min. Twenty minutes later, DONE!!!

Price was reasonable and experience was great. I would recommend Zack and Sublime in a heartbeat.

My freezer's ice maker wasn't working. Zach came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, checked the part for compatibility, replaced the water valve, and now my ice maker is back in production, just in time for summer weather. Service was super friendly, evidently very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Zach made sure to vacuum up behind himself and all up under the fridge, which was cool. I would definitely recommend this company to others, and although I hope to never need them again, I won't hesitate to call if I do.

Zack came out today to fix our refrigerator ice maker. He was so kind and helpful, and extremely efficient. He was also very patient and sweet with our curious kitties that wanted to help! Our ice maker was leaking, and Zack was able to diagnose the problem, give us a more than reasonable estimate, and then repair it in a matter of minutes. He took the time to tell us how to clean behind the front grill properly, and even went the extra mile when he heard a louder than usual noise, which turned out to be just a noisy filter. He explained the ice making process and cycle, and gave us all the info we needed to make sure it runs properly from now on. The refrigerator is only 5 years old, and we really appreciated all the information he gave us. Zack let us know when he was on the way, and got here right when he said he would. We will definitely continue to use Sublime and will always request Zach!
