      Zack called us during the scheduled arrival window and let us know he was 15 minutes out. He arrived on time, ready to work, was polite and friendly. He started by putting the washer in diagnostic mode, listened to the sound and watched how it did not start the wash cycle. Went to the back of the machine, and ruled out parts, until he found what he was fairly certain was the problem. Not only did he diagnose the problem, but he showed me somethings about this stupid Whirlpool washer we regret buying, that might make it easier to figure out its finicky problems next time. My husband is very mechanically experienced, and watched how Zack took apart the machine and what the problem was. So we paid Zack for his time and knowledge, and thanked him. If we were not mechanical kind of people, we would have had no problem also paying for Zack to bring the part back and fit it himself. He quoted me a price that was very comparable when you factor in shipping and tax, with the cheapest I could find online. His prices were very reasonable, he was fast, efficient and thorough. He is also a thin guy, which was good, because it's a tight squeeze behind our washer to leave it plugged in and still work on it--if you have a similar situation. I will keep these guys in mind and call them again without hesitation, because we have a Whirlpool dryer, dishwasher and stove too, and let me say: Whirlpool is not what it used to be. Thanks Sublime, you rock!!!!

      I recently moved to another home here in Sacramento, and discovered that my oven wasn't working. My wife called Sublime and made an appointment for Zack to come over. All I can say is that some lucky fate led me to meeting this wonderful person. He is, of course, highly skilled -- he fixed everything that we knew was broken -- but also courteous and honorable in a way that was wonderful to encounter. These problems in my house have led me to meet several new people in the area that I'm better for knowing, and Zack is one of those people. Is it weird to hope that things will break so I can call on him again to fix them? If so, then I'm OK with being weird. In short, if you have issues, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend Sublime for your appliance needs, and I hope you will have the joy of seeing Zack at work and getting to know him.

      I recently received an excellent service for my washer. The initial plan was for someone to do a diagnosis and if it required labor, to have that done during the weekend. However, Zack was able to diagnose and repair the washer in just a few hours. Now, we have our weekend free to do something else. Zack was highly knowledgeable and shared the repair process with me. He was honest in his assessment for what may have led to the problem and gave us tips on how to keep our appliance lasting longer. I will definitely reach out to this company for future repairs.

      Excellent. A month ago, our 10-year-old LG washer started having problems-the drain pump would not stop running. Zack responded to our Yelp request VERY fast and came out same day. Was able to reset the board to stop the problem, but warned it might come back and if so, he would adjust the labor to replace the board completely. He was right, problem came back a month later, he was out same day, replaced the board. Very professional and fast. I liked Zack so much I decided to tell him about another problem on our 15-year-old Jennair stove. He diagnosed the problem fast and repaired it on the spot. Two problems solved in one day by Zack. Would not hesitate to recommend him for any appliance work. Pricing was very fair, too.

      My KitchenAid refrigerator was making a lot of noises and starting and stopping constantly. Someone from Sublime quickly gave me a reasonable quote from Yelp for the service call so I booked an appointment. Zack came out to look and pretty much immediately knew what was going on. Long story short, many of the components on the control board were failing (capacitors/relays etc) and replacements parts a no longer made. Zack was able to REPAIR THE BOARD HIMSELF USING PARTS HE HAD with him in his car - better quality, better rated, components than what was being replaced. I didn't know people still did this, let alone on site! This saved me from 1) having to get a new refrigerator, or 2) having to send the board out for a few weeks to a repair shop and not have a working refrigerator in the meantime. It is working great now! He also replaced parts for the ice machine which has not worked in years as a bonus, also with parts on hand. And all for a reasonable price. You really cannot get better talent or service.
      This experience went well above my expectations. I found Sublime by looking in Yelp for someone who would do repairs on the electronics rather than just replace parts, but had no Idea I could actually find that kind of service. I definitely recommend Sublime, they are not just appliance repair tecnicians, they are talented repair enthusiasts!

      I called Sublime Appliance Repair to fix my range and my microwave light. My range made this pilot light clicking sound. I got an appointment w/ Zack right away. He was wearing PPE when he came into my home. Very nice and diagnosed what was wrong right away. He went to get the parts, took 15 mins, my range and microwave light work perfect again. I hope I don't have to call Zack again anytime soon lol. A+ Service!

      First time calling upon this company for appliance repair. In the past I have repaired the item myself. However, this time I needed help. They were able to schedule me for a same day as I called. Zack arrived early, (he called to inform he was on his way), we talked about the problem. It took him about five minutes to fix the issue. He just did not fix the problem, he reviewed the condition of the dish washer, made adjustments, cleaned traps, and inspected for leaks. He even repaired a small dent near the door hinge. I could not be happier with his work or work ethic. Thank you Zack!! As I said to him, "I hope I do not need your service in the future, but if I do, I am calling you."

      I needed my stove looked at and my ice maker was broke. Zack from Sublime came to our house, he was friendly, knowledgeable and went straight to work. He diagnosed our stove problem and replaced the broken ice maker. If we decide to repair the stove, we will definitely call Sublime and Zack back to do the repairs.

      We had an older dryer quit on us over the weekend and were just not ready to consider something new. We found sublime through yelp, (as always) and were not disappointed at all. After calling in the morning we had an appointment set for that afternoon. Zack called and arrived on time and did a fantastic job for us. He diagnosed the problem (not a common one) and was able to offer us multiple solutions at different price points. Zack worked hard to solve the problem and left us with a dryer that was serviced and running better than it was before.

      Zack is amazing!
      First time he came out told me right away what was wrong with my dryer. Gave me the best deal I could get. Came back a week later fixed it with no issue and because he came back he used the $60 diagnosis towards what needed to be done. Had to have him come back due to the dryer again, at no cost he fixed that as well. Super knowledgeable, speaks with you and explains what hes doing and replacing so you know if you ask questions he will answer them with no hesitation. Cleans up after himself leaving no mess what so ever. And explains how the parts and warranty(s) work. Outstanding guy. Gives you a call before he shows up and if hes going to run late he will also give you a call and let you know. Thank you again Zack!!

      I requested a quote via Yelp on Friday at 5:00 PM and was called moments later by Zack saying that they could come over that evening and fix my washing machine. Unfortunately I couldn't be home for the repair but I was very impressed with the fast response and immediate availability.

      Zack came out the following Monday (as it was my first availability) and was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. He had the necessary tools and parts with him in the truck, no need for a second appointment or trip to the store. He even called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled, luckily I was able to have someone at home and available.

      I will definitely use Sublime Appliance Repair for any future repair needs!
