Sunrise Appliance Repair

Super happy with the service we received from this company. We called them Friday evening to look at our Samsung refrigerator ice maker and they had someone at our house the next day. Service tech was able to fix the ice maker and showed us another issue that needed repaired before it became a problem. Cost was super reasonable, much less than I expected. If you need service, call these guys. If you're buying a refrigerator, stay away from Samsung!

We called Sunrise Appliance Repair because the heating element in our Samsung dryer no longer worked. We selected Sunrise Appliance because of the numerous five-star ratings/comments on Yelp. We called them in the morning and they dispatched Eugene the technician later that afternoon!
Eugene was very polite and professional, and put on cloth booties over his shoes to protect our carpet. He removed the broken heating element and showed it to us to confirm its condition. And best of all, he had the replacement part on his truck! Yes, I recommend Sunrise Appliance Repair.

We love Sunrise Appliance Repair! All of our appliances are LG so we've had to call them a few times to come out for repairs (fridge, microwave, etc.).  They are also an authorized LG repair company so they have great knowledge of LG.

Our microwave recently broke and the piece that makes the microwave actually heat things up was broken.  They came out to assess why it wasn't working and let us know what was going on.  We connected with LG because the microwave was under warranty and they were able to connect with Sunrise to send them the part.  When the part was initially delivered it was broken - we talked with whomever was in the service department and she was so nice and ensured that they would make sure a working part was delivered.  

Once the new part was delivered they called and were able to come out the next day and fix the microwave.  After a quick fix the microwave was working again.

I highly recommend Sunrise Appliance repair, especially if you have LQ products.  We've had a few different people come to our house and everyone is kind and considerate!

This service person was amazing. Got in working again (best he could), worked at least 30 minutes.

I would absolutely recommend these folks.

The tech Enver was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was doing! In addition the rep on the phone was able to send me a detailed invoice and receipt immediately! Overall great and quick experience. I found them on Yelp by the way

Came early tested 48 inch built in Viking freezer/refrig 20 years old. Said he could repair take 8 hours plus plus parts would be better off getting a new one. That is very honest Totally agreed. Only charge $65 which was impressively low. Will use in future and tell others

These guys are exceptional. I have a rental property and the refrigerator stopped working. Eugene had done some work on my mother in laws fridge and my wife said great things about him when our fridge went out. He was able to go out the next day and assess the issue. He had to order a certain part, but it was in the next day and he completed the job. My tenant was happy which makes me happy. During my conversations with Eugene I could tell he was knowledgeable, kind and honest. I'll definitely return when I need appliance repairs.

The repair person was knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator. I contacted them on a Saturday morning, and they were able to come that afternoon. The service call was a reasonable price, but my refrigerator was beyond repair! I would definitely recommend.

These guys were a pleasure to work with. They made the whole process less painful. Refrigerator/Freezer went out, I made a request for an appointment at 945pm, they were able to come out early the following morning. They also used booties coming into my home, very thoughtful and professional especially since I just had my carpets cleaned. The technician Arsen made great suggestions, shows how honest and helpful they are. Alex was great at communicating. Between both Arsen and Alex, the were able to get the part and quickly fix the issue. Truly went above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things. Will definitely reach out to them going forward with any issues with other appliances, crossing my fingers no more costly issues anytime soon! Thanks again!

Excellent communication and delivery of service. I requested their help for a leaking garbage disposal for my tenant. I was not able to be on-site and they had proficient coordination and were very professional. Quick and easy, would call them again for my next plumbing needs.
