Kathy H.Richmond, CA1951May 12, 2021i came across On Air Parking via a Google search. On Air finds you parking at hotels near the airport and the prices are the best I've found. In my situation I had to cancel my fight after parking and arriving at the airport and On Air graciously refunded my money. On Air is great, I will use it again and highly recommend it.

We prepaid a month in advance for month-long parking, starting with Labor Day weekend at their "24/7" parking lot at JAX. Not a soul in sight at 7am. We ended up having to park at the last minute at a WallyPark, paying 3x as much. This place is a FRAUD.

So sorry that you had such an awful experience using our service :(. We truly want to exceed our travelers expectations and that you had the opposite experience truly makes me feel awful. When traveling my family and I plan everything ahead of time and if this happened to us- it would have definitely started the trip off on the wrong foot.
Can you please send me your reservation number in a DM? I'll send you a message there as well. I want to make sure we handle this with full care.
Not that it matters, but during these times businesses are closing down that we partner with and Green Mango- a very reputable off-airport parking company in JAX was one of those. We should have sent you an email if this was the case- but I won't know complete details until we can dig into this with your reservation number.
Again, I am very sorry that you had to deal with this! 
Gerardo Z.Manhattan, NY0114Jan 14, 2021Unfortunately, no one thinks about their parking lot when giving Yelp reviews, so the only time these folks get reviews is when there was some SNAFU. Let's change that. OnAir is (1) honest, (2) cheap (we're talking like $5/day), and (3) reliable. They literally pick you up at your car in a bus and bring you to the terminal you need. Frankly, I wish more businesses were run like OnAir.
