He showed up within h the promised time window, looked into he problem and quickly figured what parts and service has the unit needed. He had to order parts, and two days later his team member showed up and fixed the problem.

Be cautious: I had a negative experience with this company. They charged $441 to replace a dishwasher pump, a price close to buying a new appliance. Despite my request to avoid extra cleaning, they added an unnecessary $100 cleaning fee. Their expensive, non-transparent service was disappointing. I advise against using them.

Our 24 year old DCS oven recently stopped heating. We had previously had work done on it (a year ago) for the same issue with another repair company. At that time, the part took weeks to receive from NY and we had no stove for a month. I was expecting this to be the case this time. I've used top appliance repair on several occasions. They've repaired my Samsung smart refrigerator as well as my dishwasher and washer and dryer. The washer and dryer were a headache. I had initially used the company that the limited warranty paid for but they said completely replacing the set was the only option. I just couldn't make peace with that so I opted to pay the estimate fee for these guys to come back out. Not only did the gentleman arrive prompt and in uniform but in less than 20 minutes he had found the problem. It was a part replacement. It wasn't an inexpensive part but even including his fee I came out of this situation paying a small fraction of what the first repair service said. So I highly recommend Top appliance and I trust that I'm getting knowledgeable professionals.

I don't know where to start because Vagan made my day today! Between being so professional but he is also very caring! I did call a company before who came and ended up telling me that my dishwasher is dead! And the parts are impossible to find on the market!!!
The dishwasher is a commercial one Fagor value 4000$!!! I couldn't give it up! The preschool needs it! Then I remembered Vagan opened his own business for AC and Dishwasher repairs. I called him! He was busy but came to see me all the way to the preschool, he did some research online and told me it was just a question of pipe that he actually found online! Vagan ordered it for the preschool and came to fix it! And guess what my 4000$ commercial dishwasher is fixed and working! So beyond being professional that guy is an angel! "Hot days, those days are long gone!" I'm not getting out of my house any time soon, it's perfect and I am loving the silence. I'm not kidding, 4 other companies came to "repair" my A/C, they were expensive and seemed to guess what the problem was. One of them tried to fix it, but 2 days later the A/C made a loud noise again and I had a sauna instead of a bedroom. These guys came over, they showed me what was going on, they brought what they needed to replace in the next day and DONE, my neighbors don't hate me anymore and I have a perfect house again! Even my cat is enjoying the A/C.

I had my dryer repaired. Spent over $400 and the dryer is still not working. Before Sam left he turned on the dryer and it appeared to work; however, when I put my first load in the heating temperature would not adjust up passed medium. Did not get hot enough to dry clothes. Ver disappointed!! I think your company should return at least part of what I paid. New dryer ordered and will be delivered on Tuesday.

Fast easy service, responded fast to my disastrous situation. My toilet water started leaking and flooding my bathroom. To not make things worse I searched up for appliance repair, and within minutes they set me up with a appointment. The customer service was easy to talk with and we're very understanding. The appliance guy came within 20 mins to my place and was fixed in no matter of time. I definitely recommend this place with any one who has issues with their appliances. 10/10 service :)
