My refrigerator was not staying cold. I called Top Repair based on location & Yelp reviews & Bagi was available for a same day appointment. He arrived ahead of schedule, quickly found the issue & got my fridge back in running order. Very professional & reasonably priced. I definitely recommend Top Repair for appliance repair service

Came in relatively quick after a call to their office. Diagnosed the problem with 'dishwasher not drying' and 'water leak from refrigerator'. Fixed it within 2hrs.

Had to reset the dishwasher. Worked.
Had to remove clog from an small filter OR add on pipe in the refrigerator. Worked.

No parts involved or major fixes required. Thought was a lil expensive for what was done - but problem solved.

My 2019 Samsung Dryer (stacked) was screaming bloody murder. I called Top repair and someone came out same day to look at it. Now, there is a $120 fee when you need a stacked washer/dryer repaired BUT it goes straight towards the bill so not an issue.

Bagi came out, diagnosed the issue and determined that the previous repairman used knock off parts (wish I could remember the name of the company) so the internal wheels grinded down.

Bagi carried original parts and installed them immediately. Didn't take long for all this to happen.

Overall, I am very pleased with the service I requested and now my dryer is the quietest it's ever been

Our Bosch dishwasher was stalling with drainage error. I cleaned the filters and air gap but issue did not go away. So I reached out for professional help. The technician promptly arrived and diagnosed that it will require deeper cleaning of drain pipe. After obtaining approval of cost, he pulled the dishwasher out of the installed area and checked the pipe. He found a broken glass that was obstructing the drain fan. After cleaning some more debris, he put the dishwasher back in and ran a rinse cycle. The dishwasher was back in working condition within an hour. I later verified with a full clean cycle. Really good value for money ! Great job !

Called on a Monday morning for a service call. My dishwasher went out over the weekend. They sent a service tech out same day. Service tech "Bagi" reached out to me before arriving. Was able to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately it's time for a new dishwasher. Bagi was nice, professional and honest. Will definitely use Too Repair again.

I had a great experience with this business! My refrigerator stopped working, I contacted Top Repair, they replied right away and set an appointment for a technician to come over the next morning. The technician came on-time and quickly repaired my refrigerator. (I needed a new compressor.) Their rates are also reasonable!

My kid came home from college for the summer. There was a lot of laundry that needed to be washed! We started the loads, and midway through, the dryer conked out - with huge piles of wet laundry that needed to be dried! Top Repair responded IMMEDIATELY - on a weekend and came out within an hour. It was amazing. My dryer had two fuses that had blown out. He took the whole dryer apart, checked everything, put it back together (with the two new fuses) and I had a working dryer by noon. It wasn't super cheap, but it sure was less expensive than a new dryer! They were fast, communicative, came on time and were super friendly. I highly recommend

I called for a repair our Samsung washer and got the service done the same day. The technician Bagi was so careful with the parts and so detailed in cleaning out the drains and the various components. Got our washer up and running! Then the office followed up with a phone call to make sure I am satisfied with the service. Would highly recommend them, they are absolutely the best.
