Triton Appliance Repair

I am not sure how these guys have such great reviews. We spent $500 "fixing" our washer, and it still has the same issues - trouble draining, constantly rebalancing, and very, very loud noises when in rinse/drain mode. This is a LOT of money to spend on a $700 washer with no results.
They came by three times. The first time they came by, the guy was very nice but clearly had no idea what he was doing. He spent over an hour here, on the phone with one of his coworkers. He ultimately diagnosed the washer as having a pump issue and asked me to pay $200 on the spot for ordering a new pump. He informed me that he would need to come back with his coworker next time because I have a stacked washer-dryer and that would cost me $350 for the two of them to come by.
It took a while for them to come back because they had to wait for the pump to arrive. They finally came and started taking the washer apart. Note: they didn't need to unstack the dryer; two people were necessary only because Artur didn't know what he was doing. So I paid for two people because of incompetence, as evidenced by the fact that within 5 minutes they said to me, "Oh, you've been using this? You weren't supposed to." (Artur had not told me that.) "Also, it's not a pump issue, this thing is broken."
He didn't know the name so he showed me a picture - it was a shock absorber. They said they would instead order a shock absorber which, conveniently, ALSO cost $200! (I encourage you all to google how much a washing machine shock absorber costs.)
After about 10 minutes they left and said they'd call to schedule once they had the shock absorber in stock.
This took a couple weeks, during which we did not have a working washer. They finally came by, and within 10 minutes had replaced the shock absorber and "cleaned" the drain hose and pump. They tested the washer by turning it on and turning it off about 2 minutes later - how anyone could tell in that amount of time that it was "fixed" it is beyond me. They then proclaimed that it was fine and left.
I argued them down to $500 from $550 total but still feel I was completely ripped off.
All told, it took $500 and over a month, and I still have a washer that doesn't work as it should. My neighbors have started to complain about the noise that it makes when it's draining. But I also have already thrown away $500 on a $700 washer, so I'm reluctant to try again.
Please do yourself a favor and use someone else.

We recently had an issue with our refrigerator leaking water from the bottom, causing a big puddle on the floor. This would happen every few days. I spoke to someone from Triton, and they scheduled a technician to come out that afternoon.

Veet came right on time, emptied the freezer, took it apart, and found the issue. He showed me where the problem was, gave me an estimate for the repair, and after I accepted, fixed my freezer in about an hour. Veet even cleaned up the crumbs that had accumulated underneath the refrigerator. It's been a week now, and everything is still working perfectly.

My dishwasher kept running for a whole night and Triton appliance repair confirmed my appointment right away on the weekend. The communication was great.

Konstantin identified the issue (old sensor) right away and ordered the part. When he came back with the part, he fixed the dishwasher quickly. He also helped with fixing my dryer (need to replace the Dryer drum rollers) as well. He is such an expert on all the appliances.

I was looking for someone to help fix my dryer, as we did not want to purchase a new one. I like to shop small and local business and I first found this company on Yelp! I had a technician, by the name of Veet first come to my home, and within 20 minutes, he figured out what the issue was. He ordered parts and came back in about a week to finish the work and I am very happy!

What sets this place apart is first, the ease of utilizing their appointment system online and via telephone as I had to change my second appointment last minute. Plus, when Veet said he would be at my house between 0800 and 1000, he came, sharply at 8am, both times! Very considerate on the time schedule and he was so nice! I will be definitely using this company in the future and recommending to all my friends / family!

Konstantine came out was professional and courteous. He fixed the problem with my stove and also explained why it was caused and how to avoid the problem in the future.

Woke up to find my refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. Was able to get an appointment and have someone come out in less than 2 hours to look at the issue. Vlad was very quick and efficient, identified the problem immediately, had all the parts necessary to fix the issue in his van and was able to fix it immediately. Within 3 hours of discovering the issue the fridge is already fixed and I was able to avoid what could have been a very stressful ordeal! Didn't even have to move any items out of the freezer!

Triton Appliance Repair was fantastic! They responded quickly to my service request and scheduled an appointment promptly. I'm very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.

My Kenmore refrigerator broke. Ivan from Triton came over and did a great job. He installed parts and cleared a blockage that took quite a while. But he was able to get it working. Very satisfied I called Triton. They were very responsive and booked the repair for the next day after I called. They had a discount on their Yelp page which I greatly appreciated. If any of my appliances break, Triton would be my first call.

Up front price quotes. Came the same day and ordered parts then returned to install the parts. Fast and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves. Perfect!
