Triton Appliance Repair

Our oven stopped working and luckily I found Triton Appliance Repair. They responded immediately and set up an appointment within 48 hours around my schedule. Konstantin was the Technician and he was very professional and was confident in what he was doing. We needed a replacement part and he told me it could take three to five days get the part and then they would set up an appointment.
I then dealt with Gilma. She was responsive and very friendly. I had reached out to them on day four asking for an update and this was on a Sunday. She replied almost immediately. the next day she set up our appointment after getting an eta of the delivery. Konstantin called the day of the appointment and gave me and ETA of his arrival and showed up right on time. The whole experience was a good one and I appreciate their professionalism.

My dishwasher kept running for a whole night and Triton appliance repair confirmed my appointment right away on the weekend. The communication was great.

Konstantin identified the issue (old sensor) right away and ordered the part. When he came back with the part, he fixed the dishwasher quickly. He also helped with fixing my dryer (need to replace the Dryer drum rollers) as well. He is such an expert on all the appliances.

The dryer in my apartment building was not working and my son, who is the pastor of the Millbrae Bible Church , referred me to Konstantin at Triton. He said Konstantin did a superb job for his church. I soon found out that my son did not exaggerated. Konstantin did a great job in repairing my dryer. I might add that he is also neat after the job is done . Aside from him, the office staff such as Josh was friendly and helpful.

Fast communication from HQ to start process. Repair team showed up on time (early, actually, but called first to confirm). Quick onsite work and I'm hoping for a permanent fix. Konstantin was the service provider. Calm, articulate, showed me before and after photos.

I sent a request late in the evening, but received a prompt response and scheduled an appointment for early morning next day. Konstantin was on time, clearly explained the problem and the fix. Everything was done quickly. Very happy with results and experience with the company.

Konstantin was great. What appeared to be a simple repair was complicated due to some previous work (not related to Konstantin or Triton) that was out of spec. Konstantin diagnosed it, walked us through the issue, and got it fixed very quickly. In general very friendly and professional, would definitely use Triton again.

Prompt response and visit, excellent service -- Konstantin quickly figured out there was nothing actually wrong with our LG refrigerator apart from an obstructed water line, which was quickly remedied. He thoroughly explained what he checked and why and how the the line may have gotten clogged. No attempt to upsell or obfuscate, just good, honest service.
