Triton communication process is just top-notch. Set schedule online and got a call right away informing that the window was filled. Picked another schedule, Vlad text me and provide incoming notice 20 min prior.

Vlad arrives, diagnose, explains, provides a reasonable quote, and completes the work in a timely manner.

Very satisfied. Thank you so much to make it seamless.

Overall Triton was polite, on time, and fixed our issue.

We had some issues though. Although we described the issue over the phone, that our dishwasher wouldn't drain and displayed an error, the first visit by Arthur lasted about 5 minutes. He said he'd have to come back because he needed a part, a new drain pump. Fine, no problem.

On his second visit, somehow our air gap which was fine before he came ended up broken. Arthur replaced it and said he wouldn't charge us for the ~$45 in air gap parts. I'm not sure why that even needed to be mentioned.

A few days later and it turns out this air gap wasn't installed correctly. I called Triton and they said they'd send someone out to fix it free of charge. Vlad arrives and says it's going to be $90 to fix, do we want it fixed or not. We begrudgingly agree and only after it's fixed does Vlad change his mind and say ok fine it's free.

All's well that end's well but it seemed more difficult than it needed to be.

It was easy to get an appointment. Vlad, the owner, contacted me 20 minutes before arrival, as promised, and showed up right on time. He was friendly and really efficient and fixed our ice maker line easily. Cost was very fair, too. I will definitely call on Triton again!

Triton was quick to respond to request and came to site quickly. Vlad was very friendly and professional and gave his best effort to resolve the wine cabinet cooling issue. No reflection on him, the unit was beyond repair. Will definitely use Triton again.

Vlad was very friendly, efficient and professional. Customer service is very quick to answer. I had a Samsung refrigerator that needed defrost - Vlad came next day, arrived on time. He entered the house with booties. He quickly diagnosed, and job was done within an hour. He explained what he did afterward, with pictures and all. My service costed $300, including $89 service call fee. Would call Triton again in the future

I hired Triton to repair my fridge after it accumulated a ton of ice in the freezer. Vlad diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the replacement door seals and installed them quickly a couple weeks later. Would definitely recommend

Vlad and the Triton Appliance Repair have been super professional, a pleasure to hire, and in my opinion so far, totally recommended especially for folks in the Excelsior.
