I highly recommend Triton Appliance Repair. They were so prompt with a response to my inquiry via Yelp.

We have a stackable
Speed Queen washer and dryer. The washer was not draining. Andre, the technician came in, not just on time but early for our appointment and was able to spot the problem. He remedied the problem without any new parts needed. Andre was very professional, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Called Triton Appliance Repair in the morning and got Andre to come out within the same day to check on our dryer. Our dryer wouldn't spin even though it's turned on and all the buttons were working. Andre diagnosed the dryer, repaired the parts and my dryer is working again! Amazing work and would 10/10 recommend Triton and Andre's work.

Our LG dryer's heater malfunctioned. Found Triton online after several searched for nearby repair techs. We were scheduled the next day. Andre arrived as schedule made diagnostics and explained resolution. Good value as Andre came prepared, cleaned and fixed dryer same day. Less than an hour. He tested and ensured it's working properly. He shared recommendations to maintain clean dryer as well. We're so relieved and thankful!

My washing machine stopped working so I did look at Yelp to find for help and Triton Appliance Repair came out and I read the reviews which was very awesome. I called them up and scheduled for a service check. Wowthey're really awesome! From the time I called, I received an email confirmation and at the day of the service, I got a call from Andre on his ETA. Don't be fooled by the looks of Andre...he was young but very professional and nice. He checked the washing machine, told me what's the problem and he ordered the part needed. He left the area so clean and neat. Got another schedule with Andre yesterday and he finished the job and we're all happy! Thanks so much Triton and Andre for a job well done and with a very reasonable price!!!

There's nothing like kicking off the weekend at 5:45 PM on a Friday with a broken dryer and a load of wet laundry, both scheming together to taunt you. Thankfully, I opened up my Yelp app and quickly found Triton Appliance Repair. I reached out about my broken Samsung dryer and requested a Saturday appointment. The team responded to me within minutes (even though they close at 6 PM!) and told me that someone would stop by the next morning.

It was clear upon his arrival that Andre is the kind of technician who goes above and beyond. Even though the Triton team gave me a two hour appointment window, Andre arrived at the beginning of that window. He quickly and thoroughly evaluated the problem and fixed the dryer during that same appointment. Other reviews echo his professionalism: he's knowledgeable and kind.

You can't go wrong with Triton Appliance Repair and the reasonable prices they charge. If anything else breaks (hopefully not on a Friday evening again) I'll be sure to specifically request Andre for the job.

Triton Appliance Repair had called me in regards to the situation and apologize for any miscommunication. Triton Appliance took responsibility and actually cared for the clients, I will update my review base on the sincerity and professionalism.

Getting an appointment, tech showing up on time was easy and great... BUT I am somewhat skeptical with the practices at this repair company.

Why? You may asked.

When Andre showed up at my rental property, he inspected and told me that the refrigerator needed a recharge since the freezer is not operational.

Immediately, I questioned this recommendation. As an automotive master tech myself, I work with AC system quite often and AC/Freon does not get used up, usually there would be a leak. [I live in a different city and just dont have the time and effort to repair it myself, otherwise I would.]

I asked Andrew, "Why would we recharge it and not find the leak and seal it and recharge the system?" He stumbled but went on to tell me I would need to reschedule another appointment for him to go out, recheck and find the leak, perform the repair and recharge the freon.

Here's my assumption.

The process to find the leak, fixing it and recharge the freon is over $1200.

With that said, if the technician go with this recommendation and tell the client what he/she really needed, the tech/company wouldn't be able to profit from this service call as most people will opt to purchase a new refrigerator for less unless its a $10,000 refrigerator, most people will not repair it.

Imagine a client not knowing how the system works and agreed to this "repair", a day or two or even weeks later, the freon is low again. Now, they can either get charged again for service call, opted for a repair and may end up buying a refrigerator afterwards.

Maybe this was a honest mistake on the technician side, but I urge the company to review their policy or diagnostic approach so this type of situation doesn't happen again.

Triton was very responsive to my call. Andre came out to our home and fixed the gas oven of 7 years. Big thanks and gratitude to Andre and Triton Appliance Repair.
