UCT provided transportation for our guests from their hotels to our wedding venue. Stephanie was very professional and helpful in planning transportation and they did a great job on the day of the wedding.

I can not say enough good things about United Charter. I have over 15 years experience managing bus transportation for a large religious organization. Pre-covid, we had a national tour from the west to the east coast every summer, requining up to seven full sized buses. This year we needed eight.

After a lot of research, I settled on United Charter. I'm glad I did. Their quote was fair and competivite to others I received and their customer service was excellent (thank you, Winne!), very responsive, and timely. The bus drivers were also excellent, friendly, and helpful. One went out of his way to return a forgotten item left on the bus.

Next Summer, I will not have to do research because I will definitely use United Charter again.

We used them in March 2023 to shuttle about 90 guests from our wedding ceremony in Pac Heights in SF to our reception at the Presidio. The driver was there early and was courteous and professional and did multiple trips to get everyone over. Winne was our main point of contact before the event and they were very communicative and clear what our options with them were and what all the details were. Highly recommend them!

United Coach Tours is our go to shuttle company for all of our events. The event company I work with has used them for the past 5 years for our client's events and we couldn't be happier. We have booked as many as 6 shuttles with different drop off locations at a time and we've never had any issues. Their drivers show up early and know exactly where they are going. Our rep, Winne, is the absolute best to work with. She is efficient, has excellent communication, and is extremely accommodating. Plus, their prices are the best around. I used United Coach Bus Tours for a field trip with my students. The bus was very comfortable and had nice shades. Not only did Stephanie go above and beyond to make sure our trip would happen but on the day of - our driver (Nelson) was an awesome professional and got us back to school safely and on time! If you're looking for a bus company you should for sure go with UCT. They're reliable and super helpful. Our field trip literally would not have happened without them!

We had an amazing field trip to Ardenwood farms! The bus was so comfy for the kids and Mike was a fantastic driver! He was on time there and back and got us there through traffic. We didn't even notice because the kids were enjoying the bus ride so much. Thanks you MIke!

United Coach Tours is excellent! Young Women's Choral Projects has used them for transportation from SF to The Bishop's Ranch in Healdsburg. Our most recent trip took place this past weekend. I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff and drivers. Winne was particularly helpful and very efficient. We will definitely use United Coach Tours again!

We have been using United Coach Tours for all our field trip needs. Stephanie is great to work with and I'm grateful for her patience as we sometimes had to change our itineraries at the last minute. The buses are clean and comfortable. We have gone on the smaller shuttles as well as the larger coaches.
