Victor is a highly qualified technician and has helped us out a few times now. We had issues with our oven keeping a consistent temperature and he figured out what needed to be done while a previous technician said it was too old to fix and wouldn't be able to find parts. He thoroughly researches those hard to find parts. He also fixed our dishwasher that was getting an error and would stop running. Highly recommended!

He arrived promptly within the window of time he gave me and identified the problem with my appliance. He was fair and reasonable with his pricing and made the repair quickly. Victor is professional, respectful, precise, and obviously very intelligent and knowledgable. My oven wasn't heating up and within an hour Victor identified the problem and solved it! He is also responsive and timely. He is my go to guy for appliance issues!

I highly recommend Victor at V-tech LLC. He is honest, efficient, extremely responsive and patiently took the time to answer my many questions. Victor visited my home twice regarding my washing machine. At first he wasn't sure if my machine needed repair, and gave me some tips on how to get my machine to perform correctly (for example, loading it properly). He suggested I try these tips before I spent money on an unnecessary repair. I tried his tips, the machine continued to have issues, and he then came back out to make the repair. He is honest and fair, and his pricing is very reasonable. Don't let the Menlo Park address deter you from calling V-tech. I am in Marin County and he has other customers here as well. I definitely will call him again for any other applicance repairs.
