Thank you Mo! Mo was on time, fast and efficient. He took care of the clogged drain for both of my bathroom sinks in quick fashion. Even after my own attempts to clear it, having a professional diagnosed the problem and solved is a huge time saver. Thank you again!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

1. They do not honor their appointments at all. Called the day of the appointment (Thursday) that they wouldn't be able to come and have to come the next day instead. In a prior appointment, they were hours late to the appointment.

2. Messed up home owner water but refused to fix their mistake. The next day (Friday) they came, but then left without turning our hot water back on. They then refused to come back to fix their mistake until next Monday. Homeowner now have to be without water for two more days because of their mistake. Can you tell me why homeowner should be paying for your mistake?

Will definitely not use them again. Absolutely horrible service.

Poor drivers! Their van nearly merged into us on Homestead Rd. on Nov. 15th, then drove erratically until we split off from them. I hope they don't hurt anybody driving like that.

plummer dint show up. service what poop, and wouldn't you know it, that is just what I found I my sink, steaming and waiting for me. the plumber laid a stink ball in the sink.! smh smh he was blasting sza while tweeting up a storm on ring interactive doorbell app appliance system feces. Value was dooky, no pun intended. bro was not even plum

Very unprofessional, they were called unclogging the bathroom, they came and asked to break the wall, when the wall was broken, they came back again, looked at it and said will be able to fix it and never showed up. I waited for 2 hours and when contacted them again, they said they cannot fix it. The person that they sent knew he could not fix it but lied to me and said he will be back in 15 minutes, because he had to go get some tools.

Paul took care of the drain clog in our unit. He was able to come before our appointment and called beforehand. Polite, professional, no hassle - great service.

Awesome service from Alicia (sp?) who took my call promptly and called back with an even earlier appointment time and the technician Andrew who showed up promptly. Andrew listened to my issue, performed a site survey and explained what he was going to and resolved the issue. He is friendly, intelligent about the work he needed to perform and knew his craft.

From contacting them and getting a quote, they reply so fast and straight to the point. No more sugar coating or anything else. Once I told them to come over and check whats going on, Ken B. (The one I was talking through yelp message) responded right away and instructed his plumber Conrad to come.

When Conrad came in, I told him about the problem that the kitchen dirt/stuff was going out in the bath tub sink & it was also clogged. He told me that we need to do some sort of Hydro Jetting to brush off the grease, oil, and all the stuff thats clogged in it. He didnt recommend using snake as it is a big stuff inside the pipe and it wont remove/solve the problem at all.

Got a quote and told our landlord about it, he didn't agree of course, so I called Ken B. and told him my situation, we negotiate the price and I got a pretty good deal for the work, and Conrad really put so much effort in it. He fix and check both the kitchen pipe & the bath tub's. Oh did I mention? They also gave a 90days/3 months warranty? WOW! JUST WOW! THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

We used VanGo at a special project that we had downtown. We were working on a Hotel that was over a 100 years old. So with that being said that everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Due to the age of the building we had water leaks everywhere. I got a chance to work with Eddie and his crew at the site. They provided great service not only to us but to the residents and guest that resided there. If they were not on site they were only a phone call away!!
