Ole Leadership Academy

2023-24 Ole Leadership Academy Cohort

Formed in the 2017-18 academic year through a partnership with the Piper Center, the Ole Leadership Academy (OLA) is a cohort of sophomore student-athletes who engage in educational sessions throughout the year. The sessions are designed to allow student-athletes to explore their relationship with their self, expand their ability to lead their team, unite the group as young leaders on campus, and to prepare them to take on the world beyond St. Olaf. In oder to become part of the cohort, student-athletes must be recommended by their coach, submit an application, and complete an interview.
