AT ST. OLAF
2023-24 (Senior) – Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2023 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2024 St. Olaf Dean's List... Ran season-best 6K time of 25:50.2 to finish 98th at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28.

2022-23 (Junior) – Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Academic All-MIAC… Ran season-best 6K time of 25:08.0 to finish 133rd at the Tori Neubauer Invitational on Oct. 15… Placed 66th in 25:53.4 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29.

2021-22 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… Finished 137th in 27:57.1 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 30.. Ran season-best 6K time of 27:23.3 to finish 126th at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 18.

2020-21 (First Year) – Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

AT HAWKEN SCHOOL
Ran three years of cross country… Team won Chagrin Valley Conference titles and district championships in final three seasons… Team qualified for state in final two seasons… Chagrin Valley Conference All-Academic honoree in final three seasons… Received Chagrin Valley Conference Sportsmanship Award and Hawken Old Board Award senior year… Team captain as a junior and senior… Qualified for regional and state meets individually as a sophomore and junior… Academic all-state as a sophomore and junior… Also played four years of varsity lacrosse… First team all-region as a junior, second team all-region as a sophomore and honorable mention all-region as a freshman… Team was regional runner-up as a freshman and junior… Received gold medal on National Latin Exam.
