2023-24 (Sophomore) – USTFCCCA All-North Region… All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Grabbed second consecutive all-region accolade by finishing seventh in season-best 6K time of 21:50.7 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 11… Earned second All-MIAC accolade in a row with fifth-place finish in 21:54.5 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28… Was team’s top finisher at the NCAA Division III Championships by placing 68th in 22:14.0 on Nov. 18… Took fourth in 22:59.4 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 16… Finished 14th in 22:55.2 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 29… Placed 16th in 21:56.9 at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 14… Finished in top 20 of every race leading up to the NCAA Division III Championships.

2022-23 (First Year) – USTFCCCA All-North Region… All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Finished 14th in 23:23.6 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 17… Placed ninth in 22:46.4 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 30… Ran season-best 6K time of 22:21.0 to take 20th at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 15… Earned All-MIAC honors with 10th-place finish in 23:17.4 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29… Secured All-Region honors with 16th-place performance in 22:42.0 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 12… Was team’s No. 5 finisher at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 19, finishing 87th in 23:16.5.

AT SOUTH SIDE HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country and track and field and was on the swimming and diving team for one year… Four-time all-conference honoree in cross country… Sectional champion and regional runner-up in cross country… Two-time state qualifier in cross country… Conference and sectional champion, regional runner-up, all-state (indoor), and state qualifier (outdoor) in the 3,200-meter run… Holds school record in both the indoor and outdoor 3,200-meter runs… Graduated with Highest Honors… Senior Class President.

PERSONAL
Parents Chris and Julie… Has one sibling, Evan, who runs at Valparaiso University… Majoring in biology with concentrations in public health and biomolecular science.
