St. Olaf College Athletics

Billy Raible is in his second season as a member of the St. Olaf football coaching staff in 2024-25 and serves as the tight ends coach. 

In 2023, Raible coached Derek Hansen to his second consecutive All-Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) accolade at tight end. Hansen had a career-high 53 receptions for a career-high 639 yards and four touchdowns while ranking in the conference's top-three tight ends in receptions and receiving yards against MIAC oppposition.

Prior to coming to St. Olaf, Raible spent two seasons at Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa, serving as the running backs and tight ends coach. While there, Raible coached an all-conference sophomore running back who was ranked in the top 10 in career rushing yards at Briar Cliff. 

Raible graduated from Saint John’s University in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and earned a master’s degree in management from Briar Cliff in 2023.
