Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Trim and wash beans. Steam over water about 7 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Wash, trim stems and dry mushrooms. Slice thinly.

  3. Step 3

    In serving bowl, combine mustard and vinegar; stir in mushrooms.

  4. Step 4

    Drain beans and cut in half. Stir into mushrooms and dressing.
