Very easy and convenient.
Called the number, Shuttle was waiting outside the terminal.
5 mins and we were at the rental place.
Served straight away and car was ready and waiting.
Same with drop of, staff came straight out and took car keys and shuttle was there waiting. Quick drive back to the airport

The pickup was a breeze, got in behind the wheel within minutes. My Corolla was clean inside and out. The staff was polite and helpful. Dropping off the car was easy as. Shuttle transfer was quick too. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Snap team.

The large SUV we rented was very good, very safe and stable when do driving as we drove down to Rotorua for the weekend. Price was very affordable, clean vehicle

For two fines, (12NZD in total) I had to pay NZ$75 administration fee.. ridiculous. If anybody will ask me if I would use Rental snap Knap company again I would definitely not.. never again.
I understand that the company has to earn and make some money, but there is something which is called customer experience and that was really horrible with your rental company.

A little further off the airport, you’ll need to make sure to book ahead and contact them to get the shuttle, otherwise it’s a bit complicated to reach by foot.

A short overnight rental (picked up 3pm Sat & returned Sun 7am) which was convenient & seamless. Shuttle service driver on the pick up from domestic airport on Sat 17th Aug was very amenable. Waited a wee while to drop car off this morning 18th but all good in the end.

Easy to go through the site to rent a vehicle. Friendly staff, great service. The car was good, economical, easy to use. That particular car I won't get again though. It was too little for me. I am use to a van.
I couldn't figure out how to lower the seat on the driver's side because my head kept touching the roof. It wasn't until someone who use to clean rentals told me and that was on the Friday, I was returning the vehicle on the Saturday.
The pick up from the airport was great. Friendly staff member. I did cancel my flight back to Wellington so wasn't needing drop off. I would definitely recommend Snap Rental. I booked through the website.

Great car rental company. Their rates are real value for money. I highly recommend getting the comprehensive cover insurance ($0 excess/bond) directly from Snap rental rather than from 3rd party insurance providers which will hold $2,500 bond from your credit card until you return the car. Snap rental comprehensive insurance is at par with the 3rd party providers.

Pick up was fine, though I did need to full out all the forms I already done online.
Car: it wasn't very clean and the wiper blades were useless, which is unfortunate.
Pricing: good, except we were charge an after hours fees because our flight was delayed. Seems inappropriate given it was something out of our control.
Return: easy & the Shuttle was great

Easy process, fast check-in and check-out, Friendly staff.
We got an older car with already 150.000km but it worked well except of one beeper which was broken.
We were totally satisfied and the price was cheap as well.
