Booked online a few weeks in advance great price took full insurance. Shuttle bus arrived quick pick up for rental was easy and quick less then 30mins from booking shuttle pick up at Auckland domestic terminal to driving away with our rental . Car was amazing great on fuel Drop off was busy but still quick and easy highly recommend and will re book with snap in future.

I thought I had already reported upon my experiences. However if they went astray, I found our all round experience, service, price, efficiency, 100%. Pity they did not operate in Australia.

I found booking with Snap easy. Getting to the location was easy with their shuttle bus. Staff were friendly and helpful. I booked with the $2000 bond and had no issues getting the bond back. The car was clean and in great condition. Much more affordable than other rental car websites I looked at. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic pick-up and check-in at airport. However, the Toyota Corolla that we hired for 8 days sadly in my opinion should not have been rented out. Firstly visually - a hub cap missing and lots of scrapes and dents. Then driving the car it made a terrible sound as we accelerated and even worse, the brakes grabbed and shuddered when used and were very dangerous. A positive note was that after driving 600 kms to Queenstown, Snap very happily switched the vehicle (with an upgrade) and were very apologetic. The final part of our trip went very well thanks.

Very easy and such a great price compared to other rental company’s, can be busy for pick up via shuttle from airport and can be abit of a wait to grab your car and sign papers ect once you arrive at snap so be prepared time wise. But overall amazing experience will be back again and recommend to others.

Every person at Snap that helped us was very pleasant, professional and courteous. We needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle to accommodate our luggage and that was handled very smoothly. I would 100% use Snap again.

Hired a car from snap rentals. They were amazing from pick up to drop off. The car itself was a new Suzuki swift it was clean and tidy when picked up. The price was the reason we choose snap rentals but we will be using snap rentals in the future & do recommend

Charge me for insurance after I had already paid for insurance through booking.com. Snap have agreed to refund this but not before taking a bond of $2000 even though I had taken out full insurance. One week on and I have not seen the refund yet for either the insurance or the bond. Very quick to take they money out but slow to return it.

Good and clean car. Helpful staff. Only thing when you request a car with satellite navigation, please up to latest. We got lost and almost missed booked tours because system was old.

The shuttle service is timely and the drivers are super friendly. The process in getting the car was super easy and quick unlike other rental companies. Also, the car itself was modern, clean and great for my family of 5. The customer service at the desk was friendly also. We’ve used a couple of rental companies, and this company is very affordable and the service is user friendly. The best.

We encountered and cheerful and positive employee at pick up, a clean car and when we dropped off the vehicle in Auckland (the Strand Centre) were once again treated to a very helpful and efficient staff member who even offered us an umbrella because it was raining! This was a standard of service from Snap which I have never received from the big and well-established car rental companies.

Great staff member that served me - she was knowledgeable and efficient and answered my questions regarding insurance and explained the pros and cons of the options. The whole process was quick and simple, the car was clean and tidy and a late model.

From pick up at the airport from their shuttle driver who should work for Tourism NZ he was an absolute joy...was 💯 best start to holiday this level of service continued at the pick up counter who were friendly and professional and the vehicle too well presented and clean also thanks for the cheeky upgrade.
