FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for July 5 - July 10, 2024, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

July 5

Jennifer L. LeCompte, 42, of Maple Avenue, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 7 p.m. She was to appear in court July 8.

Amanda Mary Ditommaso, 37, of New Park Avenue, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 6:40 p.m. She will appear in court July 17.

Piotr Rafal Wawszkiewicz, 47, of Litchfield Road, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 4:20 p.m. He was to appear in court July 8.

July 8

Krystof J. Swiatek, 50, of Johnnycake Lane, New Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 12:05 p.m. He was to appear in court July 9.

Dustin Michael Caron, 29, of Stafford Avenue, Bristol, was charged with failure to drive on the right; passing in a no-passing zone; first-degree criminal mischief; second-degree breach of peace; reckless driving; risk of injury to a child; and following too closely at 8:32 a.m. He will appear in court July 16.

July 9

Darien Craig Small, of Prewitt Street, Milan, N.M., was charged with fifth-degree larceny and was issued an extradition arrest at 11 p.m. He was to appear in court July 10.

Mitzi Darlene Nichols, 47, of Red Cedar Drive, Fate, Texas, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 8:12 a.m. She will appear in court July 17.

July 10

Daniel Christian Daniels-Manriguez, 38, of no certain address, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and four counts of violation of probation at 5:47 p.m. He was to appear in court July 11.

Frances Hornedo, 26, of Madison Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3:31 p.m. She will appear in court July 17.

Rachel Pass, 20, of High Street, Canton, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree criminal mischief at 1:34 p.m. She will appear in court July 17.

Matthew Sprague Smith, 21, of Cider Brook Road, Avon, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree criminal mischief at 1:34 p.m. He will appear in court July 17.
